Dior is always trying to talk his way around something, instead of just being upfront.
Cain's point is valid. When people play that game, when they say kill, that's normally a partly serious sentiment, especially when Dior made it clear there's 2 specific people that he would want to kill. I can't recall the whole video, but if he didn't make a disclaimer afterwards, then it would appear he was feeling some disinterest or dislike for Cain.
