Thanks for this creative idea. One small observation. If I could touch the floor with the palms of my hands, great, but when my palms fall short by 20-30 cm, what then?
It’s still great. Great is moving where we can and allowing our body to learn, grow, and discover more strength and ability. So you can never really “fall short.” I hope this helps.
Hey Samuel, I’m not terribly big into stretching things unless just doing it to feel good. Tight traps are often casued by how we breathe and hold tension. Conciiously breathing deep with with the diaphragm and trying to relax the shoulders can go a long long ways to relieving the traps. Another factor is lifestyle. Is there something you are always doing with your right side? Working a mouse on a keyboard or something. Often changing that up or switching to the other side can help. For specific movements, try sitting up tall in a chair, fully flexing your neck, chin to chest, and breathing very deep into your belly. Try to feel your traps relax as you exhale. I also have a video coming up in a week or two that may help as well. I hope this helps some!
Awesome movement!
That's a very lovely practice. I grabbed my shins when I couldn't find the floor 😉
Great job!
Hola muchas gracias por compartir saludos a todos desde Argentina
Thanks for commenting! Greetings!
Thanks again!
That is so much harder than you make it look! . . . and who is your new set designer? . . . no credits . . .
Ha! Yeah, changed up video methods and software a bit. Credits may be back soon.
Is there more or less benefit to performing this move with or without a chair?
I would say it's just different benefit. Good to be able to do with and without.

@@OriginalStrengthSystem it does 👍
Cool stuff. Thanks.
How come the channel doesn't show any subscribers...
That's just wrong.
Whaaat? I didn’t know that! Thanks for letting me know - I’ll investigate!
Could you recommend an ideal advanced set for this exercise
I’m not sure I understand what you mean. What are you trying to do with it, or why does it need to be advanced?
@@OriginalStrengthSystem I wanted to figure out how many reps and sets I can do with this
Oh, just do for time. 1 to 2 minutes a few times a day may be all you need.
Hey Tim, can you recommend a stretch for tight trap muscle please
My left side is fine but my right shoulder is tight due to my tight trap muscle and my elbow and wrist constantly clicks.
