It's a 3 piece so honestly these things slip for 2 reasons, it's either worn or improperly set, both lead to pulling the trans, it's an evo so it ain't that hard, but I wonder how he managed to destroy a 3 piece in a 400whp car, you gotta launch that thing like you mean it many, many times. Car is still pretty nice though not gonna lie.

I think if u wide body the 8 take the body kit from this car & put it on the 8...Also the rear bumper you could (just a suggestion/idea) cut around the black part (aka removing that rear diffuser) & put/make a more aggressive one out of Aluminum 👌🔥🔥🔥 just an idea lol
Personally I would keep rear bumper as it looks sweet, skirts in not 100% on, and deffinately get rid of front bumper, keep the mirrors they look smart on it too!! Also please please please buy a Supra or Skyline!!!
Probably need a bigger master cylinder because of the volume that the brakes are using. The clutch uses the brake master cylinder for fluid. They make aftermarket ones to Correct it
This is exactly what's going on with mine. Thought tires were spinning too but figured out it's my clutch starting to slip. Exedy twin disc with 30K+ seems to be average life for them.
Nankang tires are pretty good tires. Good grip and sexy slides for the wheels. They're not bad for a Taiwanese tire. They go for a reasonable price, a little over $100 ea. from ya local hook-up.(full set=$450.00)
INGS body is really nice, very rare, everyone keeps stock body on IX, just buy a wing like in your EVO X for it, change TE37 rims from S2000 and maybe paint them in white and that would look so cool on it.

Nankang tires are the cheapest shizzle here in germany so i wouldnt wonder if it spins when boost hits :D had them as winter tires on stock 200HP/250torque and they aint got any grip. just spin them till they got no more live left and buy some good semis
Nankang do decent semi slicks but these looked like there ditch finders, I ran some on my vxrs and they just went all out of shape and were absolutely crap
The car seems solid mechanically other than the clutch issue, but damn that's a long haul back home. I get nervous doing this sort of deal across town much less across the country. Goodluck!
