Thank You Jonathan. Things have changed a bit since 2009, arguably for the better (depending on who you ask) but as someone who has been living abroad for 22 years and visiting Albania only once a year, I can see the changes.

Interesting city. I rode there by motorcycle in 2009, from Manchester. Great people, great food and fabulous scenery in the wider country.
