    Yes absolutely beautiful.
You could have stopped any number of places and turned it into a picture or a painting.
A simple two letter word that we first used to assert our indepence as toddlers.
A simple no is a powerful and intoxicating thing.
Thanks for the reflections, visually and mentally.
But do not discount your shorts please, they too have value.
And yes i am being selfish in that.

I really like the simplicity of the overarching message in this video, Quas (ie. Freedom boils down to your ability to say no)... And it's often these simple 'framings' that shift us the most... Good video. 👍

@@huMANs_channel Well, I aspire to be a philosopher, and if you can’t say a simple thing in a sentence you aren’t very good at it.

@@MrRobertkhall Brotherman, that hurts to hear, but I know it to be true. Of course know you could bring your clan any time up north and be welcome.

"Freedom, oh freedom, well, that's just some people talkin'" - The Eagles. I think that, ultimately, freedom is an illusion, or wishful thinking. My apologies, I sincerely do not intend to offend anyone with the following words, I just think that it is important to examine things objectively. Take one recent example, the global p4ndemic: mandatory lockdowns, coercion by social shaming to take an unproven injection (a personal medical procedure for the benefit of other people is not autonomy over one's own body), and then there is the huge government spending upon the situation which makes slaves of all of us via taxation and inflation, the only two ways that the spending can be paid for. Here in the UK, current estimates of the total cost of government spending on p4ndemic measures range from about £310 billion to £410 billion, which is the equivalent of about £4,600 to £6,100 per person. And to be honest, western governments, as draconian as their measures were, could have chosen to be as totalitarian in their response as a certain far eastern country. My point is not to say whether global governments were right or wrong in their response, or to say that individuals were right or wrong in their personal response whether they chose to obey or disobey, but that at the end of the day the idea of freedom in that recent situation seems rather ridiculous - we don't get to say "No" to the government. And that is just one example. I guess the best a person can do is to maximise the degree of freedom available to them - being self sufficient, living off grid, having the means to change location, etc, but for most people these options are not viable.

@@Ascending-Transcending Some people did say no. The cost of that choice some people could afford.

Understand the nature of things(to the degree one can, of course) and you can see the price of saying no. Understand the nature of yourself and you can see if paying the price is worth it. Probably without both of these our choices are basically made for us without us even noticing. None of us are 100% there, but it's probably a good thing to navigate towards.
Or, I don't know, maybe I just need a fancy new car...some advertisement told me that earlier. Anyway, haven't seen a video from you in while, thanks for giving my philosophical wheels a little nudge for the day.
