At this point in time earth is a prison with slavery being the MO. We are enslaved because the vast majority of humans don't understand what morality is and have been decieved to view wrongs as rights and rights as wrongs. This channel is about exposing lies and teaching true objective morality.

I feel honored to have this comment answered Paul thanks. 🙂 I know that you will inevitably triumph over these feelings and very glad to hear your awesome Cannondale has performed well. 👍 I guess what I meant was, I believe in the theory of multiple intelligences put forth by Howard Gardner. They made six but originally there was even more, one is kinesthetic or movement intelligence. Lets say someone starts to learn Bulgarian Split Squats, right away quads and glutes get stronger from just the nervous system adapting even though the muscle adaptations havent happened yet. and there is a limited amount of this neural adaptive energy each person has per week which if they go beyond they may feel brain fog etc, 🙂🤷‍♂️ Something along those lines. Also if someone is just cycling without the strength training the nervous system is still laying the groundwork for subsequent jumps in kinesthetic intelligence equivalent to the first jump when they began to ride a bicycle from not knowing how to do it. Well thats my theory anyway, I have kind of pieced together my knowledge of exercise science over the years. 🙂

Interesting theory although it does sound limiting. This is not the issue I am experiencing though as I do fine once I've decided I'm going to do something and there is no other option.

Regarding the comment about exercise taking energy from cognitive function: there’s good evidence that as long as the exercise is not overly excessive, it actually aids cognitive function. But yeah, when I’m back from a long ride I can’t even be bothered to clean my place 😂

Hi Paul, about your diagnosis. Is there a chance you are still ADHD? Evolutionarily speaking, dopamine deficient humans (ADHD as they call me) are still around for a reason. We are driven and ahead of the curve in some ways(self-medicating for dopamine) but like a performance car, can run rough if not maintained well. Seems to me that without the physically intense job your dopamine crashed. Caffiene is a quick fix but will kill you slowly. Mark Passio is a legend, and probably ADHD himself, high octane info.

Yeah I reckon I still have the problem as I find it incredibly difficult to focus on sitting down and learning actively. Thanks for the insights.

Interested to hear Paul’s answer. I also relate to what you describe: people always telling me I am lucky to have an office job and not have to do physical labour, when all my body wants is to dig a forking big hole all day or move a pile of bricks 😅

Hi georgec, so ADHD brains thrive on problem solving(dopamine hit) and are found a lot in I.T. for example.

@@davemunro84 interesting - thanks for sharing. I am a geologist and have been told that’s also an area where problem solving abilities are useful… just the death by sitting sedately that gets me… commuting on the bike makes the day bareable for now 👍
