SLEEPING ON THE USS ALABAMA WAS AWESOME!!!

Scout Pack 24 had an unforgettable experience spending the night on the USS Alabama. The historic battleship was the perfect setting for the group to learn about naval history and bond over shared excitement. As they explored the ship's many compartments, the scouts marveled at the size and complexity of the vessel. Spending the night on board added to the thrill, as they slept in bunks and listened to the sounds of the ship creaking and groaning in the wind. The experience was truly amazing, leaving the scouts with memories that will last a lifetime.

Did you get to the see A-12 out front of the aircraft hangar?

We walked around it, but did not video it. We have one near our home at the Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville. They just got through painting it and it looks great.
