It's annoying that Reynad understands Byron better than Mitch does, Reynad trying to explain how Mitch's actions hurt him and why he's acting the way he does, but then Mitch tries to play the victim without taking in what Reynad is saying. "Turns out that Mitch Jones were David Jones all along" - Toez 2016.

Well Forsen is very biased and he has a history of being unreasonable to fit his own views.
It's also because of language. Not saying Forsen isn't good at speaking english but I see how he often struggles to explain things correctly. His explanations are often very simple and can seem wrong because he fails to accurately describe what he actually means. I recognize it because I have the same problem since english isn't my first language and I rarely speak it.

Void Shrine In my opinion at least some of it has to do with language. Sure he got his point across but if he was better at speaking english and had a greater vocabulary he might sound more humble or would be able to explain it more detailed instead of going "if he had a button to press and it would ban him, he'd do it". As an example I won't be very good at debating anything (like politics for example) in english. Maybe if I was typing it'd be easier since I can review my text and correct mistakes but talking about it live it'd be easier to say "Hillary is a criminal!". So even if we didn't misinterpret what his view on it is, he could have done a better job explaining why he feels the way he does.
It's so obvious that Mira is convincing him that Byron was wrong.
Im going to be brutally honest, anyone in the twitch chat saying that this convo was "CRINGE" or "CRINGY", you really need to get outside more, this is a normal conversation friends would have and shouldn't make anyone cringe.

He had no time to tell Byron because, you know, he makes up plans on the fly. ...Except he had time to ask his dad if it was okay for Mira to cut into their family visit he had planned for a long while.

Bees 1. It's not very classy to butt into a family event like that without notice. Pretty sure Mira did the same thing when Mitch showed up to Reck's in the first place so there's a pattern there. It's a powerplay emotionally. It says "Hey, Dad, I don't care so much about spending time with you, even though we made plans a long time ago, so I'm gonna bring my girl along instead. We cool?" And if the dad says no, it turns into the Dad being a bad guy instead of the person butting in.
2. He didn't dismiss the thought outright, which means he IS fine with tossing any plans he has aside for whatever she wants. This is why he's so conflicted right now. Shows how enamored with the chick he is. If they love each other equally that'd be great, but third parties had repeatedly (even Reynad the first night/morning Mira was there) said she's playing him. The issue is we don't have an obvious cause, but some folks just want attention... and we also know from livestreams Mira goes out of her way to make plans on 'what will the drama be about today?' for streams which both Mitch and Reckful thought was really bizarre.
3. If he had enough time to talk with his dad, he had more than enough time to tell Reck those very same plans. But he'd have to admit to seeing Mira on the side and withholding information. So Mitch opted to pop evasion and hope for the best without much looking at the logical conclusions. The longer it went on, the worse the blowout was gonna be. Toe might have actually mitigated a lot more fallout damage by stumbling into them when he did.
The whole point is that mitch is a pathological liar and also a sociopath and byron didn't realize it until just now. So it's understandable that he wants to stay away from mitch. I'd do the same.. How can you trust someone like that? If there's no trust, there cant be friendship. Mitch is EXTREMELY manipulative without even realizing it and he isnt bringing up the right issues to reynad. Props to reynads for being a bro and trying anyway.
You're seeing this situation completely wrong. Byron THINKS that Mitch is some kind of a liar who only does shit for views and whatever. But Byron is just being extremely paranoid about basically everything, almost schizophrenic. Like the shit with sodapoppin and crew, the shit with Luna, this with Mitch. He thinks everybody has a secret agenda and tries to fuck him over, or use him for views, while I think they're all just chillin. Like who hasn't gossiped about some semi-friends, or who hasn't accidently spilled something n shit. Mitch is just kind of a dumb idiot, but seems like a genuinly, good guy. Byron even always talked about how happy Mitch made him and how he liked to chill with him all the time. Byron is a good guy aswell, but idk man, I'm worried about his mental state sometimes.

There's some truth in that
I feel like what Reynad was saying was true, one thing to add to that was that over the past few months Byron told Mitch a few secrets about like where he was going, things he bought people etc. And it seemed almost immediately Mitch spilled those secrets on Twitch, and when Byron wants Mitch to feel like he doesn't care about that stuff and still wants an open friendship, Mitch keeps secrets from him, even when confronted about those secrets Mitch lies. So from that perspective a lot of the aspects of the friendship seem really one-sided.
Honestly if I told someone 3+ secrets and that guy spilled those secrets immediately to my entire workplace then after forgiving them for those incidents they get upset about me doing something similar once, then start to keep secrets from me, that would be a pretty clear sign the friendship isn't really worth it.

All mitch has to do is not say "What can I do to fix this, what can I do, WHAT CAN I DO!??!?!" Like a 6 year old. Just call reckful and say "Yo bro. I'm sorry I lied to you about going to see Mira. I know you kind of knew that I was still talking to her and tried to get me to say it and I swore that I was never seeing her again but I was fucked man. I was under the Mira spell and couldn't stop myself but at the same time I knew I was making a mistake so I didn't want to tell you guys." Then reckful will say something like "It's not only the Mira thing. It's all the other small things bla bla bla..." Then all mitch has to say is "I'm sorry for putting you on blast on stream man. I won't do that again. I didn't think of the consiquences and was acting childish." Then Reckful would apologize for being kind of a dick and they would be chilling.
Mitch is so worried about what he is going to say next that he is hardly listening to Reynad. I have a hard time conversing with people like that it.... feels like i can never get my point out without being sidetracked.

Honestly, I wouldn't want to be Mitch's friend just because of how disgusting he is. I especially wouldn't let anyone who does all the shit he does love in my house. I wouldn't want a friend to just be getting head on the couch beside me, I don't want that in my living room on my couch. He is just very indecent and doesn't seem to have manners. So all that would've made me never be his friend or stop being his friend and when you add all the shit he does and how he doesn't even own up for it, that makes him even worse. Yeah, you can't take back shit you did, but you can at least own up to the fact that you messed up. He's an adult, he should realize that by now. Also, Mitch always tries to make himself the victim and I hate people like that, so I just really don't like him. Shit, when I first heard of him like a year ago I knew that I didn't like him because he was gross and talked about weird shit that most people who aren't 12 would think is gross. Its a little bit of narcissism that Mitch has, he is incapable of feeling for, or understanding anyone's emotions other than his own. In other words, everything Mitch does and will do, is to benefit none other than himself, if there is no personal gain from what is asking to be done, then it simply does not happen. The only reason Mitch feels bad now is because it is affecting Mitch's personal life, you can see this when Reynad tries to explain how Reckful feels betrayed and hurt and Mitch still turns it into a conversation about him(Mitch) instead of checking himself and owning what he did, without an excuse attached to it. I am not hating on Mitch, it's just plain to see, maybe a little bit out of his control.

Robotputty If I'm honest he 100% has a personality disorder. Whether that is Bi-polar or he's a bit of a sociopath I have no idea but like Reynad said he doesn't make many close friends. So letting someone into his life is a big deal to Reckful and by that person betraying him in the slightest way (multiple times) his perception of that person is completely devastated and he only remembers the bad shit they've done. Which I find reasonable for Reckful but not in other peoples minds. This is basically what I now understand about how Reckful reacts to shit and If I'm honest Mitch is way to inward thinking to realize it, I think tats what pisses Reckful off the most.

And like Reynad said, Byron doesnt get close to ppl that easily, so hes extra sensitive. Mitch you might have to be the bigger person and take a hit and initiate the conversation and apologize first, even if you think that you are not entirely to blame. Its what a bigger person does.
And Byron you need to understand what Mitch himself said, hes not the most decisive or smart person in the world, especially when it comes to relationships with other ppl.
