Can you dodge/i frame while changing hunter arts?? This is new to me. A beginner in MHRS

Hi, when changing between load outs the skill redirection allows for the evade I believe. I haven’t played in a long while but it should be a later skill in master rank, not low Or high. I think it also only had 2 levels
