Guess some people are looking for a place to spend all that money the Federal Reserve bank is printing. Still, if you are working remote, You can go to a different location and get 10x more for half the price. Who cares when it is all free money anyhow, right? I wonder if people even know the difference in rockwool vs fiberglass insulation or marble fireplace vs stone or Pine vs Cedar vs Fir vs Oak. I really do not think people know what they a buying now days. No one even talks about square feet anymore.
