Jackfruit (kathal)- 500 grams
Onion - 400 grams
Garlic cloves - 20
Ginger - 4 inch
Green chilli - 4
Black cardamom - 2
Cumin seeds -1 tsp
Bay leaves -2
Cinnamon stick - 1 Inch
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Cumin powder -1 tsp
Garam masala powder -1 tsp
Cooking oil/mustard oil - 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Ghee - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves
