Yeah, but there's still a couple of things to consider 1) There's a reason why Alvarez is known as the Astros most clutch, dangerous hitter? he's more consistent! 2) Alvarez had made an error earlier in the game (in the outfield) an likely felt he needed to atone for that. @@Onyyyxx how many guys can you think of that you just flat out walk in a non walk situation? You can't walk Alvarez, unless you think he's Barry bonds because that's literally the only guy you would do that to
The Astro's are a well built team with no apparent weaknesses, and certainly a favorite into the fall classic. Should Seattle fall at home which is likely they should not hangs their heads , the goal was to make the playoffs and they did in exciting fashion , they gained experience as they are one of the youngest teams in Baseball. When they're season ends management has to fix the weaknesses of this team some guys might not be back next year my guess more trades will be made and perhaps one key free agent signing . It's not a money issue it's getting the personnel who will deliver . They have more pitchers in their system that are very close, lots to look forward to going forward Seattle could still pull it off but I am afraid Houston is to good to drop three straight with the final game if necessary at home, still no need to think they failed.
Yordan is carrying the whole team and the city on his back, he just might have one of the best all time runs in a postseason playing like this! I don’t see the mariners winning 3 in a row against Houston!

Once again, Yordan showing why he was ALCS MVP last year and was in the running for AL MVP for a good portion of the season. Just think of what the line up would do if Altuve was getting on base some. The layoff has been evident for the Astros pitching staff. Each pitcher that has entered a game in the playoffs has struggled with control. And seeing Pressly out there to close out the game definitely causes consternation. I wish Baker would look elsewhere to close out the games. That being said, it's on to Seattle where hopefully the Astros can close out the series with McCullers and his devastating hook on the mound. @@irishpanic I'm saying did u see the last game? A smart coaching decision would be to walk him and hope for the ground out or pop up.
@@irishpanic he’s hit 2 bombs for the win in 2 consecutive games and nobody is talking about Bonds
@@Onyyyxx how many guys can you think of that you just flat out walk in a non walk situation? You can't walk Alvarez, unless you think he's Barry bonds because that's literally the only guy you would do that to

I’m rooting for the Astros, so can have a legitimate World Series victory.

Let's Go Astros! #LevelUp
I am just happy the Mariners made the playoffs, even if we don't go super far
Astros in 3, we took the Mariners soul after game 1 🎉
You can’t deny us🤘🏽🗣🤘🏽🗣🤘🏽🗣🤘🏽
The Astro's are a well built team with no apparent weaknesses, and certainly a favorite into the fall classic.
Bullpen and number 8 and 9 hitter are weaknesses
@@DubCmusicTV Agreed I wasn't going to name names but a couple of last years acquisitions were busts and they don't have a good left handed reliever .

BEST TEAM IN BASEBALL!!!!!!! GO STROS!!!!
I’m a Yankees fan but they will not make the World Series as long as this squad keeps doing what they’re doing
Of that's the case! Yankees don't deserve to win the AL Championship 🏆! In order to be the best.....you must be at the best!
Damn bro am a astros fan it’s good to read a comment like yours. Hopefully both teams make it to championship to see who is the better team in the A L
@JRG sure will, I’m looking forward to it. Just hope it has a different ending than the past few years lol
However, wins this AL Championship 🏆 series....Will most definitely win the World Series!
Yordan is carrying the whole team and the city on his back, he just might have one of the best all time runs in a postseason playing like this! I don’t see the mariners winning 3 in a row against Houston!
I like that Jeremy Pena's walkup song is "Grillz" by Nelly 😃
Buena salida de Luis castillo 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Seattle obviously didn't learn from gm1. WALK ALVAREZ!!
Either way Houston has elite hitters
Gonna walk Bregman too?
@@caneyebus yeah, walk him too. in fact, walk the whole team. jokes aside, I can live with Bregman hitting.

What a game!
Over the past two days Alvarez has literally carried the team on his shoulders
Don't sleep on Altuve's defense today. Those were just as important in my opinion. Kyle Tucker is doing his thing too. Alvarez is clearly the offensive leader so far though, and a crucial component to both wins for sure!
Pena
@@kylewhitley3801 Alvarez has had a lot of help from other teammates in the regular season, but these two games are phenomenal.
I love the "see ya later moments" and we already got several in two games. And as an Astros fan, I am a fan of Julio Rodriguez, dude just great to watch.
Cleveland taking care of the Yankees, Philly taking care of Atlanta, San Diego stifling LA, Dusty should finally get his managerial ring. If not, …
Mannnnn a great game is a understatement !!! Wow
Great game.
Astros’ MVP of the game: Scott Servais. 🏆
Rookie of the year AL Division: Jeremy peña
Lol the Astros are just better. Pitching wasn't bad on either side. Houston just made a few more crucial plays
@@XxChuyoxX I don’t know. I mean at some point as the manager you have to say someone else beat me. Yordan got him twice. Even though he got burned by Bregman I still think that’s the right call.
For the 3rd time in history.. lol..
@@muhammadwahyuhidayat21498 I'm an Astros fan but to say Pena is rookie of the year over Rodriguez is ridiculous. Rodriguez is clearly the AL ROY.
Bregman made them pay dearly for walking Yordan
As an Angels fan thank you Astros** for bringing Mariners back down to reality.
😂😂😂hows this for reality. Your organization has wasted one of the all time greats in trout, and even with one of the highest payrolls year in and year out your teams sitting at home watching the playoffs instead of playing in them.
Good games boys. I know we don't feel good about losing or really want to hear this; but know I am proud of this team for competing and fighting and having heart. I don't care what the media reporters or announcers or other fans have to say. Block them out and just have some fun. Step back and realize we have been waiting 21 years to be here. Let's enjoy it. We will keep up the fight the belief and the good sportsmanship. It's not over till it's over and when it is, we will still just... be... getting ....started. Vamos Marineros! Go Mariners!
This team is looking really good. From an Astros fan
Nope. It's over. M's will go back to mediocrity as we always have.
"snap back to reality oh there goes gravity..."

Dem Astros hard to beat baby!
Seattle had a great season that got beat by experience, but they have a bright future.
LETS GO ASTROS!!! SPACE CITY IS LEVELING UP IN 2022!!!
Yordan MVP
That thumbnail is hilarious 😂
Great game!
Let's get that W, lads! GO STROS!
Pressly is your Daddy!!!!!! Cry harder!!!!!! Cry more!!!!!!! Hahaha!!!!!! Stay mad baby girl.

Hats off to Mariners. Your team has seriously leveled up. I guarantee the Yankees would not get past you. They are getting off easy this time and they know it. We are watching the two best AL teams in this series.
Astros play well in Seattle. Should be a sweep.
Astros are always tough post season, my only hope as an M's fan is they can win one or two in Seattle though they're clearly outmatched. Hey, one can dream...
been saying all season they needed pitching help... solid pitching in rotation and bullpen..it shows now and everyone said I was just hating
Air Yordan...
His clutch is unreal
THROWING UP THE 4 = THAT'S OUR DADDY, WE HAVE TO BEND THE KNEE AND KISS THE RING. HAHAHAHA
