I sprayed the base with spray paint and the paint ruined the foam.... I wonder what's the best paint to use bc these foam boards are not cheap to have to repurchase.

Where do you find a base that wide? I only see 12 inch widths on 36 inch bases.

@AllysaSiranossian Standard size Letters for Candelabra are upper case letter 8" and lower case letters are proportioned accordingly.

How do we attach the candles?
I used 0.9 in x 11.8 in x 27.8 in piece of styrofoam from I glued and cut em I brought 6 pieces get a ruler and a styrofoam cutter with a low temp hot glue gun it took me like 20 minuets!!!
