Good stuff, I always miss one or two notes somewhere, which I will attribute to my lame drum pads and homemade pedal.
because i do videos not solely based on difficulty level. trust me, there are hard videos coming up.
honestly, the ION set is technically more realistic, but the ION/goodwoods are literally the same in terms of sensitivity, neither drop hits/have double hits/crosstalk, both are sturdy and durable, and so forth.
the extra $150 for the ION's, you're essentially paying for customization and realism, but if you're just going for score, the goodwoods are a better choice.

its cause he's a real drummer, so he knows the proper way to hold the sticks which means less hand motion. and his set also has more rebound so it's easier to hit the double notes with one hand. but i'm pretty sure he could do it w.o rebound too. and no i'm not putting him down in anyway, just explaining =P

No that note is optional it activates overdrive so its not required to hit it. You can if you want. he was probably saving for full overdrive.

what is better, the goodwoods or ION? what would you recomend me getting? Im not gunna settle for reg RB2 drum kit. Im Getting to the level of skill where i need the better equipment. just got to 10.2m on RB1.
Which set do you recommend more the Ion or the Goodwoods. Also which one feels more realistic?
It looks like he put duct tape on them, a common mod. He tends to use the goodwoods for precision and high scores, and the IONs for his stream and having fun, since they're more like real drums, but the cymbals can overhit.

Oh, I see why. I had a problem like this with one of my other videos I used to have up. You have to give the Record Studio and LP the credit for the song. Don't forget to state that you're playing it on RB2 and it's in no way your song.
I put that in the description on my vids and they fixed it for me. :) Just a helpful thought for you. Love your vids btw. Your awesome!!

naw i just noticed that he saved his overdrive at the end ..i used it earlier thats why i got above 900 note streak nd he got less than 900...and a full combo means you keep your multiplier to the max throughout the whole song
question about the destroyer pedal...
is this the first one you've bought? im jus wondering if the destroyer pedal will last you like, forever, of if you have to replace it within a year or something.

he has the ion and goodwoods, it just seems he prefers the goodwoods more. He said he'll make more vids with the ion though so I'd just wait and see. He also said that goodwoods and Ion's are the same quality and work just the same (which is pretty damn perfect).
