- The Ultimate Railay travel itinerary (1 day trip). In today's virtual walking tour we will walk in Railay (Rai Leh) Krabi, Thailand. This is the most beautiful place in Thailand. First we will take a boat from Ao Nang Beach to Railay West on longtail boat it is takes only 10-15 mins. Then we will explore this peninsula and places like Railay West, Tonsai Beach, Railay Walking Street, Railay East, East Railay Viewpoint (East Railay Viewpoint Trailhead), Phra Nang Cave Shrine, Princess Cave, Phra Nang Cave Beach, Ko Rang Nok, Royavadee resort (luxury resort with beachfront restaurant). Also we will see rock climbers (half day cost is 1000 bath per person), monkeys and beautiful sunset in the end. 🇹🇭 Enjoy! Years ago we went to Thailand and the day before we left I did a big workshop. The last slide was a photo from a cave in a big cliff overlooking a beach, where I said "Any questions, I will be right here" with an arrow pointing to the middle of the beach. I just grabbed a random photo from the internet to rub it in to my audience.
Well, after I got back and looked at the presentation again, I had sat almost exactly at that spot on the beach where the arrow pointed. Beautiful place, beautiful people, fantastic food, one of my favorite trips ever.
We have dreams of living around Krabi.

Stayed there for 7 months in 1987/88 fantastic,jus 12 little Bamboo bungalows,1 toilet in the jungle and cooking on a woodfire.used to take the long tail to Krabi market 3-4 times a week.Paradise

Fascinating how fast Thailand changes. I was in Railay 14 years ago and nothing looks the same. Almost no concrete and no resorts back then.

I just got back to Canada from Thailand. Railway has to be one of the best beaches on the planet. I was waiting for dinosaurs to come out of the jungle, it was so lush.
