Do we freeze the bottom.layer wen its hot or when it comes down to room temp..n the top.layer do we pour it hot
When it is hot refrigerate(not in the freezer) the bottom layer for 5 min or till it becomes half set.then pour the top layer when it is hot itself because it will start setting when it comes to room temperature

Bottom layer are not setting by 5 minute.
No need to set completely .just half set.if it set completely before pouring top layer,then it will seperate when we cut the pudding after settling
