This is still by far my favorite episode yet! The best parts were by far the epic Naga fight and the Bloodmoon battle, brilliant video Tom :3 Plus, it was a 6 hour stream, so it was amazing.
Tom, to stop the taint you need to build a glass wall. Since taint can spread under a surface level block, you need to dig a trench 1 block deep and build a 6 block or so tall wall in that small trench. Build it a bit away from the taint (about 5 blocks of non infected grass between the wall and taint) and the taint shouldn't spread.
The taint is not supposed to be able to grow on manmade blocks. Unfortunately, this only means vanilla man made blocks and manmade blocks in the mod the taint comes from. Which they are not using. Tucker made chiseled blocks for his anti-taint wall. They would need to use just plain cobblestone or stone bricks for it to work and be really efficient.
Demiwolfwood the point of the wall is that the taint doesnt grow through it... they want it to grow up the sides of the wall and then when it reaches the top go down into where the houses are.... thats what makes walls temporary solutions.

Didn't know what to post so here is a chocolate cake recipe Method Prep:30min › Cook:20min › Ready in:50min Weigh your three eggs with their shells. Take that weight and measure the same amount each for the sugar, margarine and flour. Weigh the flour last. (For example, if the eggs weigh 200g, then the flour should weigh 200g, the sugar 200g and the same for the margarine.) For the flour, remove 55g from the weight you measured to match the weight of the eggs. Add 55g of cocoa powder. Combine the flour and cocoa. Preheat the oven to 170 C / Gas 3. Grease two 23cm sandwich tins and line with baking parchment. Put all of the margarine and sugar into a large mixing bowl. Cream together with an electric mixer until pale, creamy and fluffy. Crack ONE egg into a small bowl (incase something is wrong with the egg) then add it to the margarine/sugar mixture. It is important that you do not over whisk at this point, just use the mixer on its lowest setting until the egg has become a part of the mixture. Repeat this process with the second egg and, after that, the third egg. Sieve a couple of tablespoons of flour-cocoa mixture at a time into the mixing bowl with the other ingredients. Keeping the electric mixer turned off, give the mixture a quick stir (this will help prevent any of the flour flying out when you turn the mixer on!). Turn the mixer on now and mix everything together very well. Try to get air into the mixture as well as this will make the sponge lighter. Divide the mixture evenly between the two tins. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. To make sure it has finished baking, use your fingers to very lightly press on the top of the sponge. It should feel spongey and spring back up. Let the sponge cool on a cooling rack. (Don't forget to remove the parchment!) When cool, add jam, whipped cream, icing, butter icing or anything you want to fill and decorate your cake. Cook's note This same basic recipe can be used to make butterfly cakes, fairy cakes, birthday cakes and any other kind of sponge recipe. Try different things to adapt it and make your own cakes. hdhejehwkaje ive since watched Jordan’s POV of season 2, and realised to them it genuinely seems like he was just doing his own thing whilst they were all working hard to get rid of the taint, I know Tom was trying to help but Jordan and Sonja in particular did a lot of complicated stuff with thaumcraft for it and I get why they were saying what they did to him.
In the minute 38 you encountered some type of block lag. You encountered it many times until now but you should know something. It is NOT block lag and it is NOT server lag either. It is a bug induced by tinkers' construct mod. If you put on a tool like hammer more than 50 redstone (more haste) it will make the game to "forget" that you actually broke some blocks. It needs a lil' time to understand that you broke blocks. If you mine them too fast you may get faster than the game's "brain". You know that you broke blocks but it missed that because of the fast process. The game could not keep up.
No. That was server lag. When you recconect or place blocks on the bugged area all of the blocks respawn. Don't feed people false information. Same thing happens with MCMMO on 99% of all faction server's. Waiting doesin't help at all. It will stay there forever until you place blocks on it or relog.
It isn't false information. I play a lot of tinkers construct and it is a block lag. I had same problem and when I put a block in the bugged area does not make all the blocks respawn. It is from the haste. Try for yourself.
