Peer pressure about almost everything gave me much anxiety in my teens. Now I am almost 30. A bunch of things helped me slowly embrace individuality - realising am queer, making non judgemental friends, and also consistently going for therapy once I could earn enough. These things helped me slowwwly detach my feelings of self worth from a lot of things and stop comparing myself with others over silly things.
