I started using the SX-70 with PO SX-70 film. I have to shield it at all times under bright light or I will get opacity issues. I tried several times without covers and all the pictures got those white streaks. Anyway, I like your videos a lot. Please keep going.

do these white streaks disappear if you shield it? would be great to know if thats the case

Analog Things, yes, they disappeared when I shielded it. I thought the current film was stable enough. The opacifier issues happened even when I was putting the film inside the box to cover from light. It seems that I have to practically cover it as it is coming out of the camera. I bought the frog tongue and the issue almost disappeared.

Now, the issue happens way less with the iType film. I have a One Step + and the opacifier works better.

Analog Things, yes, its called FKD - ФКД. I’m waiting for one 13x18 to come. Its hard to find cassets for 18x24, so i changed it for 13x18. Can’t wait to see a video with it )) Good luck!
