@@angelikggimagine accusing him of things he was fighting against and thinking he wouldn't respond. It would only be tried by complete arrogant narcissists.
@@linalove5915- I think this is the real reason too. I’ve read that the SH allegation is BL trying to invoke the moral clause in JB’s contract owning the filming rights to the books, which would allow her and RR to take over the franchise. And RR has form for getting directors to leave and taking over a franchise. Also BL had not long given birth, so I wouldn’t be surprised if attraction to JB was the last thing on her mind.
Excellent work. This story has driven me crazy but I am loving the exposure of the truth through the internet. Another notch on the belt of free speech- NOT through mainstream, very corrupted media.
The problem with dragging "free speech" into any of this is that a lot of people fight for free speech even if it's outright lies and false information. I wouldn't drag "free speech" into this. It's basic research and catching Blake Lively and her team's lies. Just my opinion. They did a great job doing research and exposing lies.
Also, let's not forget that NYT / Blake's team made that article available for everyone to read without a paywall and provided her confidential CRD complaint as a downloadable PDF. That's collaboration and orchestration.
@@bpxl53yewz29 YES! THIS! I read the article the minute it dropped, and the speed of it (including the attached PDF) gave me a feeling in my gut of press release as opposed to independent journalism.
For some weird reasaon I would love it if Justin could release HIS CUT of the movie! I know people would probably not go and see it because of Blake but I might just to support Justin 🙂
I have been thinking about this for days!! I'm so glad you made this comment. It would be amazing if funds permitted. Justin could redo the entire film as it was intended to be done in respect of the book. We can dream.
I finally caved & watched the movie yesterday. Blake was the same vapid woman she plays in every movie but the wardrobe was extremely distracting. Justin was awesome in the movie! His character showed so much emotional depth & dimension. He literally stole all the scenes from Blake.
For me I would really wanna see JB's artistic interpretation of the story. Even if he has to look at BL's face throughout the movie edits. But it is what it is. We would also have to look at BL face throughout the whole movie. I think it all boils down to money. If Sony sees that the director's cut will make money, they will release it. A total remake? I'm not sure how film making works. So I have no comments on that. But one can hope.
@5:35 yeah, this is big. People don't realize how everything is tracked on the net. Right now it's buried in the interwebs. If JB's team sees this, may not be checkmate but it's brutal. Great job highlighting it. This is crazy.
Watching this videos is so empowering! This case could change the whole power dynamics everywhere. Whoever out there specifically in Hollywood feels entitled to act like a*** holes will think twice about doing it. No one is untouchable anymore.
BL thought the NYT’s article would be enough to take JB down because they didn’t file anything when the article came out; It wasn’t until JB’s lawyer/public called them out about not filing that they eventually did.
Even better is the footnote Blake's lawyers include in their latest filing claiming Wayfarer's lawyers leaked the CRD complaint to the media first. It's ludicrous! 😂
@@lorimargaret7129 exactly! Like, she is acting like he came onto her…..when he was just being his character. She is really lazy and mean-spirited. And so is Ryan btw….
Can I just say that I love how this case brought the majority of people together and made them oit their journalists/FBI hats on to get to the truth. Like, I love this 😂
I just realized that with these cases it’s like having millions of people on your team doing discovery. It’s crazy how what would have costs tens of thousands of dollars for a team of young attorneys to search through, is now just free via the internet army. Really doesn’t pay to be shady these days.
With everything I’m seeing on UA-cam I’m surprised more people are not talking about Jennifer Abel’s statement about how BLs team got her texts and emails. She is clearly supporting Justin and has been portrayed in some articles that are pro BL as if she quit because of Baldoni but she states it’s her former PR firm whom she is no longer with who must have given BLs team the data. In addition another theory which seems grounded in truth is that the lawsuit is an effort to wrest the rights to the sequel from JB through a morality clause, and now it’s backfiring.
Every piece of metadata is attached to a person who created, sent, uploaded each of these files. A team of players who are involved in executing this expose/attack who are leaving digital footprints along the way. In the past these secrets would remain secret, but now it looks like the Internet sleuths are not going to let that pass and the players will wind up getting deposed.
Why on earth would she do this? To this day, I haven’t seen him say anything bad about her. Why would Blake and her husband go to such great lengths to try to destroy this man’s life, marriage, career, reputation? They seem to make fun of him for being so “nice”. Maybe niceness was a foreign concept that they didn’t recognize and she misinterpreted? They definitely seemed to mistake his kindness for weakness. Glad he is standing up for himself but I would really like to hear her side for trying to make sure he never works again. It’s not making any sense.
It seems possible that it wasn't personal at all, he was just in their way. He had something that they decided they wanted - control of the film and the rights to the book and sequel. Compared to them, he was small fry, and they thought he would be an easy mark who would just roll over and disappear.
@@Starr_Gazerr there was a theory that there's a morality clause in the contract between Colleen and Justin they could exploit with this little trick. They allegedly wanted rights for the second book so badly, they went all in.
I think BL and RR wanted the rights, wanted to produce/direct and star in the sequel and they needed Justin out of the way for that. It was also an ego fix for all of the "lost sales" from Blake's hair care line and alcohol line that allegedly suffered after she was "smeared". She doesn't want to take accountability and admit that maybe her products had some issues and it had nothing to do with Justin. The way she proceeded to take over her wardrobe, the way she awkwardly promoted the film as if it was a rom com not a film about a darker topic it seems obvious to me that she wanted to mold this into a marketable franchise of sorts. I think she is very insecure and feels less comfortable in front of the camera, coupled with her lackluster acting skills means she wants a guaranteed way to make as much money as possible without having to get acting roles in the normal way: based on merit, skill and reputation. And it also seems RR has a vindictive streak and his hatred for Justin is personal. Maybe he hates him because he is something Ryan will never be: genuinely loved, cared for and has more range and talent.
Blake totally tried to scheme and plot her way through this, the fact that she *tries* to be diabolical blows my mind. It’s hard to fathom Why someone would ever do this to someone just for power/revenge/perceived rejection is insane to me. Plus Justin seems so kind and compassionate it makes the whole thing ten times worse. He actually really cared and cares and you can feel that in all the clips and his actions through this whole thing.
To be diabolical you gotta be smart. The problem is she's not. So nothing was properly planned for the long term lol it's obvious her team didn't expect Justin to fight back. It's a one-shot smear campaign by Blake's team and it shows they didn't think this through. NYT made a huge mistake trusting Meghan Twohey, who played NYT... For those who don't know, Meghan was one of the journalists who exposed Weinstein. She was applauded for that. Then she wrote a movie script for "She Said", a 2022 Hollywood movie about the investigation for the Weinstein story. Most likely she saw this opportunity to be the next Weinstein story and she can repeat her success and even write a movie about it where Ryan and Blake will produce and back her. She probably didn't care about the truth as she must've been told Blake and Ryan will put their full backing to blacklist Justin, so she didn't have to worry about a backlash
Thanks for always having the quick updates! You are so on it and it’s appreciated. Also love the way you approach it with an open mind and just seeking the truth.
That was the Baldoni’s lawyer said that The Times told them about the article however they did not give them enough time, they said at noon the article will be posted however they posted at 10:00am. How horrible they can be to hurt someone’s carrier.
Not just his career, his entire life, his family, kids. It’s also disgusting how she and her husband would have gotten away with this if this was like 5-10 years ago where these media companies had significant power unlike today’s world. Also, makes you wonder how many other people they’ve done this to considering how confident they were, they really did not expect him to fight back/defend himself as well
Yes, I hope you guys ‘get’ this. Baldoni’s lawyer…. LIED. Times asked for a comment. BALDONI GAVE A COMMENT and times ran the story including the comment. They never asked for extension, never asked for correction and made zero argument of any error. So why are you guys here babbling about how badly he was treated?
‘Does metadata have metadata’ blew my tiny mind, so I had to ask google! Apparently, information included in Metadata does show versions, so I would imagine if someone were to edit the dates of pictures etc, it’s tracked somewhere, hopefully. I like that you stick to the facts, the issue here is that, at the moment the facts are more favourable to Justin. It’s sad to see this happening with the New York Times, this kind of collusion to ruin a persons life/ reputation is reprehensible.
Metadata can certainly be edited and it can be traced back if it needs to. You can also track the last or previous author's (for the file) activity log on the device. Even it's formatted, it still can be recovered, for the most of the part. For the monetary amount involved in this case or cases, digital forensic is definitely a good investment if timeline or tampering with evidence need to be confirmed or proved. From what's going now with the case, it might never have to go that deep, because the public is doing the work for Team JB. Obviously, the Team BL & RR did not expect and prepared for this degree of probing by the public, which is never lack of digital geniuses.
I’m so glad that I have found your coverage of this. It’s interesting. You do a great job. NYT has 0 credibility. Such a shame to loose any last possibly of integrity in such a petty manner. Not that ruining a man’s livelihood and reputation is petty but the favor that the players at the Times received is likely a petty privilege. 😢
I love The enquiry her videos are so detailed and she explains things so well. She goes through the timeline of events even prooving that the smear started from Blakes side with the article about Justin fat shaming Blake. An article that was obviously planted by her PR team to get the heat of her when fans started organically calling her tonedeaf and calling out her approach towards the publicity for IEWU and to crown it all up Kristen's video was posted and went viral. The first targeted official press release in print to actually smear someone came from her just 4 days after Kirsten video was posted and instead of just apologizing, that was her PR strategy to get people focusing on Baldoni.
Folks, do you know that in 1998 there was a sitcom « Two guys, a girl, and a pizza place » and apparently young, not well known Rian, was starring in it; rumors were he was behaving obnoxiously towards the cast and they confronted him. So Reynolds ended up apologizing. No wonder he ended up marrying Blake. They’re a match made a heaven🤣🤭😂
You're on the cusp of 100k and the plaque! With the momentum of this I'm sure you'll reach 100k very soon. You probably know this but what propels videos with UA-cam's algorithm is the number of comments so it's beneficial to end videos with a question for audience instead of a "back with more soon".
The internet wins because you put the most inquisitive, research minded, answer seekers/problem solvers and those who have the skillset necessary to obtain answers, all in one place. It’s like everyone fitting together to form a truth puzzle. It’s amazing but scary too.
In the criminal justice system, sexually-based offenses are considered especially heinous. In New York City, the dedicated detectives who investigate these vicious felonies are members of an elite squad known as the Special Victims Unit. These are their stories.🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️
Justin would be a fool to settle the NYT suit. If he agrees to settle, they will claim no wrong doing and that it was cheaper to pay a friv lawsuit than to fight it. He needs to fight.

@@linalove5915 Exactly they knew Justin did nothing wrong
@@linalove5915 yes for sure
Wow. Hope his attorneys get wind of this, if they don’t already
Can't wait for Justin to sue for Sony and WME. It would be well deserved.
I think the problem is that SONY is also the distributor for Eleanor the Great, the movie Scarlett Johanson directed.
He won't sue if he still wants to work.
😂😂😂😂
@@PMahon Why do you think that would be an issue? Because Scarlett used to be married to Ryan? 🤔
Maybe Justin will end up owning Sony and WME, Lol.
OP 100% 🎯. Report: Yesterday, I wanted to look at a NYT cooking recipe. Hit the paywall!! 😂 And Blake's stuff should have been freely available ....
No, that's the way news *should work.
@@HelenKistlerso you're indeed blake or Ryan now. You revealed yourself more 😂
@ Yes, but NYT doesn't allow free viewing for a lot of their articles. Need a subscription.
There will be metadata on the article as well so you can figure out when they started writing the article. This will be discoverable in litigation.
I saw earlier that the headline was written 10 days before publication according to the meta data.
For some weird reasaon I would love it if Justin could release HIS CUT of the movie! I know people would probably not go and see it because of Blake but I might just to support Justin 🙂
I would actually love it if this one was scrapped and they did a redo it with an age and behavior appropriate professional actress
I have been thinking about this for days!! I'm so glad you made this comment. It would be amazing if funds permitted. Justin could redo the entire film as it was intended to be done in respect of the book. We can dream.
@@JanaPeterson-d9e I would prefer this option too. But Justin most likely once the case is finished just wants to move on.
The irony
Justice for Justin!!!
👑Kjersti Flaa👑 is a queen. She just dropped merch "congrats on your baby bump" 😆🤣💀
I need one 😂
Brilliant 👌👊👏
Omg, I was hoping she would...thanks for letting us know!
She is too petty 🤣
😂😂😂😂
OH what a tangled web we weave .... it's awesome when people with this mentality get caught !
Excellent! That lady is a genius. If anyone wanted more proof. 👏
Watching this videos is so empowering! This case could change the whole power dynamics everywhere. Whoever out there specifically in Hollywood feels entitled to act like a*** holes will think twice about doing it.
No one is untouchable anymore.
I ask that justice is done for Justin. The New York Times and Ryan must be held accountable!!
Time's up for NYT ⏳
I love it when we the people have a voice. Reynolds be panicking when they can't control the narrative.
Justin was ACTING, while Blake doesn’t seem to know what that is...and didn’t read the book. 🙄
@@lorimargaret7129 exactly!
Like, she is acting like he came onto her…..when he was just being his character. She is really lazy and mean-spirited. And so is Ryan btw….
Classic narcissist behavior, she thinks everyone is obsessed with her 😅
Did BL seemed to want to change the movie her way ,not follow the original story? 🕵🏼♂️🎭👎🏼?
GOOD WORK ! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 To all. If NYT was smart they would settle asap.
Don't tell lies about me, and I won't tell the truth about YOU.
The ONLY time I’m glued to celebrity news is when one of these Eyes Wide Shut power couples gets CAUGHT!!
@@MJR44444 hahahahaha
I gotta come clean - me too 😂
Me too 😂 I'm living for this. As low as i get about myself sometimes, on bad days we can now think "at least I'm not as bad a person as Blake Lively"
Someone should send this to Bryan Freedman and to TMZ. This should be public!!!!!
Get your monies, Justin Baldoni.
His lawyers are aware of meta data. But it’s good for the public (us) to know now!
Excellent excellent reporting, sharing and I’m her for all of it 🙌🏾
Every piece of metadata is attached to a person who created, sent, uploaded each of these files. A team of players who are involved in executing this expose/attack who are leaving digital footprints along the way. In the past these secrets would remain secret, but now it looks like the Internet sleuths are not going to let that pass and the players will wind up getting deposed.
I love when people come together to find the truth!🎉
🍿🍿🍿
@Deb-h3n grab your snacks, we're checking facts 😉
Team truth = Team Justin ❤
This is HUGE. This means that Blakes request for a GAG order is invalid according to the rule.
@ That would make them even worse people if your possibility is true!
@@Polopony Agreed. I do believe Ryan pulled this with Deadpool also.
Metadata doesn't lie! But Blake does! In my opinion
Allegedly...
Obviously
Yes, gotta keep it alleged. Folks out here gettin' litigious
The metadata exposes the exposé.
Overall, I hate Tik Tok, or social media in general, but when they deliver then OH BOY! 👏👏
🍿🍿🍿
Justin doesn’t even need lawyers at this point. Everyone else will do it for him
Love that lol 😂
Blake totally tried to scheme and plot her way through this, the fact that she *tries* to be diabolical blows my mind. It’s hard to fathom
Why someone would ever do this to someone just for power/revenge/perceived rejection is insane to me.
Im so happy there are people out there fact checking. I hope Justin Lawyer is following UA-cam.
yooo Dave's videos are back to back to back to back! This man works too much!!!
the info is piping hot! my bad!!
Very grateful to him.
Wow. That IS irresponsible. Almost deliberately so.
@@sinisterkitty8411😮I think the evidence shows it is deliberate not " almost"
And they asked for comment from JB team at 9:45 on Friday night! They commented at like 2am. Published 10:00 sat morning.
Obviously, the Team BL & RR did not expect and prepared for this degree of probing by the public, which is never lack of digital geniuses.
according to Justin's lawsuit, Blake and him were texting everyday as well
I’m so glad that I have found your coverage of this. It’s interesting. You do a great job. NYT has 0 credibility. Such a shame to loose any last possibly of integrity in such a petty manner. Not that ruining a man’s livelihood and reputation is petty but the favor that the players at the Times received is likely a petty privilege. 😢
Loved your episode with K Flaa. You guys were great together. So appreciative of how you are covering this. Good work!!!🎯
😂😂not the 🗣📢 DID WE CHECK THE METADATA!! ..This is so interesting and educational
I lost respect for NYT 25 years ago. Wish ppl would read "Manufacturing Conest," by Noam Chomsky.
I love how you used the term “Legacy Media” GO INTERNET!!!! 😂😂😂😂
Omg! I can’t get enough of your objectivity! I can’t believe I just found you. Congrats!🎊
Someone send this to freedman 🤣
2025 is the year for accountability and the end of gaslighting.
Folks, do you know that in 1998 there was a sitcom
« Two guys, a girl, and a pizza place » and apparently young, not well known Rian, was starring in it; rumors were he was behaving obnoxiously towards the cast and they confronted him. So Reynolds ended up apologizing. No wonder he ended up marrying Blake. They’re a match made a heaven🤣🤭😂
Hey I remember that show. Traylor Howard was one of the stars. Ryan was also on Sabrina the teenage witch movie? He had blonde tips back then
@ Yep, exactly!
You're on the cusp of 100k and the plaque! With the momentum of this I'm sure you'll reach 100k very soon. You probably know this but what propels videos with UA-cam's algorithm is the number of comments so it's beneficial to end videos with a question for audience instead of a "back with more soon".
Love the Enquiry. Thanks for mentioning the channel. Love your measured perspective on this whole saga as well!
This is HUGE! Thanks so much for covering this case so in depth!
Great work from this girl 👏🏻
Love it when the corrupt bullies get exposed. Thanks, internet 🎉
Congratulations Dave. You are doing a fantastic job Really enjoyed your interview with K Flaa
I am loving your take on this. You’re doing very good coverage!
I have believed the NYT would be found at fault when the sarcastic emoji was removed.
I’m loving this tea! Thank you so much Dave! Thank you so much internet! We’re sick of being fed with lies
The internet wins because you put the most inquisitive, research minded, answer seekers/problem solvers and those who have the skillset necessary to obtain answers, all in one place. It’s like everyone fitting together to form a truth puzzle. It’s amazing but scary too.
Why didn't BL and RR leave like that? The movie was a sucess and everything would settle about her bad press. It's just absurd.
Wow 🤭👏🏽👏🏽…All these awesome people helping out with gathering receipts against the corruption of these A-listers (RR and BL).
Great show. First time viewer and new subscriber. Appreciate your ethical chops on journalistic integrity. So disappointing of NYT.
In the criminal justice system, sexually-based offenses are considered especially heinous. In New York City, the dedicated detectives who investigate these vicious felonies are members of an elite squad known as the Special Victims Unit. These are their stories.🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️
Thanks!
Dave, you have been working overtime lately! Thank you!
This is crazy! But not at all surprising.
❤ utterly the education along with excellent commentary you're a rare gem
When both sides accuse you of unfairness, you know you're right where you want to be
Justin would be a fool to settle the NYT suit. If he agrees to settle, they will claim no wrong doing and that it was cheaper to pay a friv lawsuit than to fight it. He needs to fight.
Thank goodness everything has a digital footprint nowadays.
I love when the truth comes out. Happy for Justin! ❤
THIS IS HUGE!!!!!!!!!Blake’s team is terrible! Everything they do is evil!
I'm wondering, at this point, whether their own team wants to take them down before Baldoni's team does.
I love how the intelligence of the masses is more powerful than million dollar lawyers. You can no longer pay money 💰 to get the results you want- the truth will always prevail!
