Okay I did not know to pull out the seals, this is what has been stinking so bad. I have been going insane trying to clean them and still always getting a rotten smell afterwards. Thank you!

What is the tool your using to clean them with
What is the tool you used to fix the seal? Does it come with the chiller?
What if those small ring things gets misplaced or they cut, can you buy replacement part for them or do you then need to buy a new flask?
It’s just a standard small bottle brush for straws and small areas! It doesn’t come with the chiller but they’re super inexpensive online.
The rings sit really snug in their spots so they shouldn’t be misplaced easily but if they are, you can always reach out to us at info@cereschill.com for help! You won’t need to purchase a whole new chiller!
