@@text_official Thank you, I figured it out and it is working. The only thing is that there is a "back arrow" which is non-removable for now, and if I click it, it takes me back to the first menu. It would be great if it is possible to disable or hide that "back arrow". :)
Hey! It happens because (probably) you're testing it out in a preview in the OpenWidget app. At the moment it's not possible to test it there. What you need to do in that case is to install OpenWidget on some website and test OpenAI Assistant there. Let me know if it works for you! 🙌

Hi there! Sorry for the delayed response. Unfortunately, at the moment, there is no option to integrate LiveChat with OpenAI Assistant. The solution I can suggest in this case is to use ChatBot (chatbot.com), another product in our suite. It offers the best option for combining chat interactions with both agents and bots! 🙌

@@text_official OK. Your AI chat is giving the wrong advice on this! So probably the best thing would be to have an OpenWidget account for each assistant. Also links generated by the assistant do not work. It would also be nice for users to be able to adjust the chat window and be able to upload documents. If possible similar functionality as on the ChatGPT4o account.
Testing this on our website currently, it works well but is there an option to remove the 【35†source】for each response? You don't have it in any of your demo yet i don't see any option to remove it.

Cool product! We are experiencing problems reading the files uploaded to OpenAI Assistent. It looks like you are using the outdated Assistant v1, rather than the new V2 assistant. When will v2 be supported?
Hi! Thanks for the nice words! Our OpenAI Assitants integration was updated 3 days ago and one of the changes was the upgrade to use the new V2 Assistant API, so it all should be fine now!
Will you be adding support for Chart, Graphs and Table creation using 4o? Love it so far. And just to be clear, this is a paid service right? I have to sign up after a trial period, correct?

Currently, we do not plan to add support for creating charts, graphs, and tables directly using 4o, but we are continuously working on improving this integration. To clarify, OpenWidget is entirely free of charge. The only potential costs would be from the OpenAI side for using the Assistants API.
But I don't have the chat logs! Would be helpful if you could prompt the user to provide the mail and e-mail and then get acces to the chat history. Is it just me? Maybe I don't know how to use the widget?

Having them emailed would be awesome but just being able to log in somewhere to review them would make the tool more useful and accountable. Any thoughts? seems straightforward! I connected it to a assistant via api (which works great in the playground) but in your widget it doesn't react to my questions
