Does anyone happen to know what kind of guitar this is? I see that it's an epiphone, but which model exactly? Also, any knowledge on the strings he's using? I love the sound of it.
This is an Epiphone Masterbilt EF-500rcce , obviously Zakk's are custom painted and what not, but the guitar is still the same, after some research I found it on the Ground Guitar website. As for strings, I do not know, the gauge is probably 12s or 13s, and Zakk has always been a Dunlop guy until he started working on his own strings and other stuff, so lets say Dunlop with the high E at gauge 12 with whatever the rest of the strings set is
i wish there was a place to give the artists some advise from their loving fans. but since there aint, here goes nothin. some guys get better looking with age. zack is a prime example. even his career seems to get better the older he gets.to me there is nothing sexier than a person that is comfortable in their own skin. any man who can turn the heads of other men has nothing to start worrying about for the lack of better words.i became interested in bls and zack wilde for the first time when i saw him in "set you free" video where you guys made yourselves look as geeky and greasy as possible and old, damn! but that screaming guitar! one that sounded like none other i have ever heard before.only a guitar god can give life to ordinary wood and strings and give it a unique and beautiful voice all its own. sorrty the older i get the longer winded i become, one of my insecurities. do you remember the antiperspirant commercial that said "never let them see you sweat"? well the beanie the dye loose them because you look like youve been in a flood. trust me. its almost as sad as seeing the goo goo dolls front man turning himself female because his boyish looks had up and said bue bye. hopefully i wasnt outa line in offering up my humble opinion.

I'm sure he's more aware than anyone that he can't do what he used to. Drink, drugs and age... The last one is obviously inevitable, but he went from a voice, guitar skills and songwriting abilities like no other to... well... I see Book of Shadows 2 as a mid-life crisis of sorts. He deeply regrets losing what he had and the decisions he made. The truth and the pain is found in his music. The humour is a facade and a coping mechanism. There was a lot of pain in the original as well, and what would drive a man to very nearly drink himself to death? It's the "hard man" attitude that's ruined his life and he can't stop it now because it's what his fans want from him. A real "hard man" wouldn't give a shit what others thought when he opened up. It's the opposite of strength, it's fear and that alone will take it's toll...

This is guy is the wholes package, writing ability, voice, and damn this guy can play. Being at the house of Hendrix....wow.

Zakk is truly a living legend! He is amazing on an acoustic guitar, piano playing is outstanding, his vocals are truly outstanding! He puts so much of himself in all that he does! Definitely underrated!!! Much love and respect for this man, I am a fan for life!!! Long live Zakk Wylde!!! ❤❤❤
Book of shadows 2 was the best thing he could of done seems to have sparked some real creativity in him. And on the up side he’s also stopped singing in portuguese 😂

i see the just for men in his beard and the beanie screams tweenie. hopefully he will get over the inevitable middle age maddness without to much stank on him it really will be ok zack, the yukky unfamiliar feelings will turn away from the wisdom that is sure to take its place. all you have to do is accept life on life terms. the more you buck the harder it is to enjoy the golden years.
he is better than hendix if you ask me....last album is full of amazing riffs never heard before
