Tamarind Salt Red pepper Sugar Cilantro Mint Red onions Green chili peppers Kalonji (I don't know the English word) Red food coloring ? Maybe buttermilk Salt Chat masala Black pepper Semolina ? Maybe wheat or chick pea flour All purpose flour Refined oil Baking powder Chick peas (they look like a variety called black chick peas) Boiled potatoes Onions Chat masala The garnishes included papdi, pomegranate seeds, and yogurt. 😊
Please, please add the English words for the ingredients! I love being able to see what goes into these amazing dishes! I also hope that one day you add back the footage of everyone enjoying the beautiful food.
