Grandma is like a super woman..Ladies of her age usually take retirement from household work and take rest and kneading suji and flour at this age for so many people is not so easy even I can't knead for so long my hands start paining...Good work Grandma keep inspiring us and God bless you❤️❤️❤️

Tamarind Salt Red pepper Sugar Cilantro Mint Red onions Green chili peppers Kalonji (I don't know the English word) Red food coloring ? Maybe buttermilk Salt Chat masala Black pepper Semolina ? Maybe wheat or chick pea flour All purpose flour Refined oil Baking powder Chick peas (they look like a variety called black chick peas) Boiled potatoes Onions Chat masala The garnishes included papdi, pomegranate seeds, and yogurt. 😊
