Flood stage in Arizona’s Verde River, running 250 times normal!

12 feet of snow dropped on the higher elevations of Arizona early in 2023. The resulting snowmelt burst the banks of the normally tranquil Verde River in Central Arizona, peaking in Clarkdale at 20,000 cubic feet per second on March 15th.
