When Vadact said “We have to call Alpha Team”, he most likely meant Mobile Task Force Alpha-9 [Last Hope]. Also maybe some containment specialist.
Though it would be MTF Nu-7 "Hammer Down" that would be doing the terminating.

Lol I know where that place is and I always use that road to get to the mechanics in route 68 because in story mode you can purchase the mechanics because it's a property so if you purchase it it will not charge you for the upgrades. Btw the highway is in your right if you are facing the north side of the map
