Simple feel good entertainer... Love the low budget comedy movies of Jagadeesh, Siddique, Mukesh etc of the 90s... Many of them were flops but still they are much better than many of the craps that we see today...
I still remember how the movie got its name. Karunakaran was the CM then and a group led by G Karthikeyan, Vayalar Ravi etc started a minor rebellion against his perceived nepotism in favour of Son muraleedharan and Daughter Padmaja. This group used to be called Thiruthalvaadis since they sought a change in KKs working style. Hence this movie that came in that period got named as such. A historical connection !!!
