  • Your phone maybe holding you back!
How do you walk with a phone, earbuds, water, and keys?!
Phones have grown in size and weight making it cumbersome to carry on a long run.
Belts, Fanny Packs and Vests, give us a lot of choice..
But they all have their drawbacks.
In this video, I review the Revali Running Vest.
This is my current tool to keep me running and walking with my gear.
This is not a sponsored video..

I like that setup. I have a tactical pack that has a pocket for a water bladder, but your setup is less cumbersome!!!!!

I was tired of running with full pockets, but ot enough to need a rucksack..
This is definitely a good middle ground.

Thanks for review. Since you mentioned it, what ear buds do you use for exercise? I tend to do jump rope for cardio so my obvious priority would be to find quality head phones that don’t fall off.

what about the pocket for the cellphone I see that the only point of contact is a simple clip on button, does it feels like it's going to unclip ?

Hi just came cross your channel, been watching those regarding flat feet. My 11 years old has flat feet and his left foot is pronated inward, shall he continue using special made insert ?
I am helping him through physio exercises and the massage I learnt through your videos.
    Thanks

I would follow the advice of your medical professional.
In my opinion, for a an asymmetrical hyperpronat...
I would look further up the chain, at his hip mechanics...
Internal rotation of the hip can lacking on one side.
