I try not to be a product snob but some of these bigger companies with cheaper products just aren't worth it. I'd rather spend more for something that I know will work. 🤷♀️
I have that line including the leave in spray, I got it last year and only used it once and can't remember if I liked it or not 🤷🏾♀️. It's been sitting in my stash collecting dust. Your results may have been mine as well 🤔 thanks for the review 👸🏾💐🙏🏽
Thanks for the review. I got that line in a curlbox some years back and it was very drying. If I remember correctly I only thing I liked was the mask. 🌞🌞🌞
Thank you for your review! I've been considering trying Maui haircare products. I have thick 4C hair, so I need a product that's moisturizing and reduces split ends. Any suggestions?
I recently reviewed the Kinky Tresses line and I really liked it. It is very moisturizing. Some people are over Shea Moisture but their original Coconut and Hibiscus line is really moisturizing to me. Hope this helps; I tried to give you two different price ranges.
I wasn’t a fan of the coconut line in the orange bottles. I was actually super disappointed. I tried this mask and I didn’t hate it but it wasn’t great either. Appreciate your honesty.
I tried this deep conditioner a year ago and it just sat on my hair as well as tangled my hair. I was very disappointed the curl quench line is much better. I want to try the vanilla bean line.
I have never tried the Maui Moisture brand of products. Thank you for sharing your honest opinion of this line. My hair does not like coconut oil I have learned either. If I give Maui Moisture a try I will do the Awapui line. Thanks for sharing this information!
What's the conditioner with the most slip, in your opinion? I've used suave coconut conditioner for years because it has the most slip, by far, of others I've tried. My issue is it's not hydrating enough, so I'm looking for another
If you check out my "favorite leave-ins/hair milks" playlist or my "favorite conditioners" playlist they may be able to help you. I have a lot of favorites and since I don't know if your speaking of rinse out, leave-in or deep conditioners and I don't know your climate, etc. it is hard for me to answer your question. However, I have many videos on my favorite products so there is where you will get the best help. Thanks for tuning in.
I tried the deep conditioner a few years back and absolutely hated it! I couldn’t believe how awful it made my hair feel. The Maui Moisture conditioner in the blue bottle works well on my hair. Not sure if you tried that one
Nope, I haven't tried many Maui Moisture products. Only this line, the Awapuhi line and I think I tried the Coconut Smoothie. I do have a few more products from Maui that I need to try so hopefully they work for me. Thanks for sharing and for tuning in.
It was meh to me. I have tried the vanilla too and was meh. I will use it on my son's hair as his curls are very loose 3a low porosity. My hair is 3b, c and 4a high porosity. Haven't tried the shampoo yet.
Its weird i really liked the conditioner, i find i get alot of slip when i add water and work it in it fine. I also dont like heavy products not even conditioners so maybe thats why.
I can't answer that. Not all low porosity people like the same products or look for the same thing in products. You need to decide if your hair ikes this DC or not.
I have used that shampoo. I didn’t really feel like it gave my hair a good cleanse. Yes, it lathers but when I rinse it out, my hair feels more like it’s been co-washed. I tried Maui’s Coconut conditioner. IMO the product was too thick for a bottle. It was a struggle to squeeze it out. So I won’t buy their conditioners again. Too much trouble 😂
@@NaturalRaeRae 😂😂😂😂 crazy thing is I have a few Maui Moisture products I haven’t tried bc I thought the packaging was cute & the products smelled good 😩😩😩 I gotta do better!!
I tried that deep conditioner a year ago and it was ABSOLUTELY TRAGIC. The moment it touched my hair it sat on top and gave 0 moisture or slip and ruined my entire wash day. Its honestly worse than regular 2$ white ppl conditioner, at least for my hair.
I try not to be a product snob but some of these bigger companies with cheaper products just aren't worth it. I'd rather spend more for something that I know will work. 🤷♀️
Makes sense to me. Thanks for tuning in.

You're welcome. Appreciate you tuning in.

At least that worked for you. I didn't care for any of it. Glad I got it on BOGO sale. Thanks for tuning in.
I love the shea butter conditioner i use it as a leave in sometimes
Thanks for sharing!

Girl, don't tell me that. I have the coconut line still here to review. I hope I like it.
@@NaturalRaeRae 😮💨 good luck, I didn’t like it so much that I ended up giving it away. And I’m hell bent on actually finishing stuff.
I tried this deep conditioner a year ago and it just sat on my hair as well as tangled my hair. I was very disappointed the curl quench line is much better. I want to try the vanilla bean line.
Thanks for sharing!! I was very disappointed as well. I hope I like the other lines I have. Thanks for tuning in.
Appreciate your explanation and your honesty.
Always! Thanks for tuning in.

You are so welcome! The Awapuhi line only has a shampoo and conditioner, no styler at this point. But I really like the shampoo. Thanks for tuning in.

Hey Rachelle! I’m glad your CR Deep conditioner came to the rescue. I hear ya, products have to have either moisture or slip. Preferably both.
Exactly!!

Yeah, if it doesn't sell on my Mecari, I'll give it to my son as well. Thanks for watching.
Its weird i really liked the conditioner, i find i get alot of slip when i add water and work it in it fine. I also dont like heavy products not even conditioners so maybe thats why.
Oh, ok. I did it on soak and wet hair but it had no slip for me. Glad it works for you. Thanks for tuning in.
Hello, is this mask good for people with low porosity hair?
I can't answer that. Not all low porosity people like the same products or look for the same thing in products. You need to decide if your hair ikes this DC or not.
Darn it I have that deep conditioner I will have to add some honey and aloe vera powder to it. Fingers crossed it works. thank you for the review
You're welcome. I hope it works for you. It just did not pass the test for me.
Thank you for sharing this review.. I haven’t tried these yet 🥰💙☀️..

The conditioners are hard to get out of the square bottles. Struggle city.
“Why is it on the shelf” almost took me out 😂😂😂😂
🤣🤣🤣 Girl, I couldn't figure it out. These were just bad, IMO. Thanks for tuning in.

Can you try the “Oyin” line!!
I've tried some Oyin products and I didn't care that much for them.
I don’t think you will find a rinse out conditioner that will stand up to your favorite Texture ID ☺️
You may be right, but we'll see. Thanks for tuning in.

🤣🤣🤣 you may be right, there. It was not the best.
