My favorite part of the 15-second dance (apart from the girl’s confidence and bravery) is the low-key support she gets from her friend at the end with the pat on the back and fist-bump ❤️

@@maaaaaap So next we consider the density of animal's body masses and find they are roughly the same across all species. Birds and dinosaurs often have a lighter builds, lots of air pockets in their bodies, but otherwise, they are roughly the same. That pony on that video clip is pretty small compared to the rider, the weight ratio of horse to rider may be as high as 4 to 1, or 3 to one. You need a full size, 6 foot shoulder height horse to get to around 10 to 1 for a 50 Kg rider.
Now I challenge you to pick a weight a quarter of your body weight, hold it with your arms outstretched and not lean to the weight. That includes not extending a foot to under the weight to stabilise your position. 😉

@@sunchaser911 Mongolian horse archers never leaned this far forward. There's literally no reason for doing this. He can't steer the horse like this, neither can he hit anything just by leaning 3 feet closer.
The only reason they sometimes leaned SLIGHTLY forward in the first place is to align the shoulders if the target is BELOW them.
If they did any kind of leaning over to one side, its BACKWARDS, hiding their body behind the horse to minimize their profile to enemy archers. They might have also tried aiming over the saddle, but for the most part, it's a defensive maneuver.
Seriously. Go look for Mongolian horseback archery. Where they actually need to hit targets. The trick is in steering the horse with the knees while maintaining the stability of the upper body. Most of the time, that meant standing slightly up on the stirrups, allowing the legs to absorb the galloping motion, while maintaining enough contact with the horse to tell it where to go.
Stunts like this one are nonsense.
