I think you did a great job voicing your opinions by pointing out where the doll is lacking but also shining. Her face is stunning and the jacket is cool, but it’s outweighed by the simplicity of her overall design and accessories when you compare it to the previous releases. Now that you mention it, it would be appreciated to know how many they make so that the price is a little more justified. It’s sad that fans are basically forced to pay this much because if we don’t try to buy it in the first few minutes it’s available then it’s gone forever with our only last hope being buying from resellers. The fun is taken out of collecting Monster High, but at least we get to see our favorite characters again.
I’m very happy that this doll has the new stand. The other monster high stands squeeze the dolls torso,making a damage to the fabric of their pretty clothes. I would be getting a rush of anxiety every-time I would snap my dolls into their stand 😭
I’m both envious and feel sorry for those got her as PR as the majority of MH fans are PISSED and rightfully so that Mattel had the audacity to try and pull this crap. She’s a playline doll period priced ridiculous at collectors. She’s a GORGEOUS playline doll I’d be over the moon if these were like the new Reel Drama I’m not paying 75 plus for this and honestly I’ll be sad but later not so much it’s a doll I need the money more and I don’t feel like she’s one of my grail dolls or ever will be nor would I’d be getting much out of her she looks terrible in box like they couldn’t even make her nice in box if I buy collectors I keep them in box cause they are EXPENSIVE! But you guys get it so you make videos and I’m sure you’re happy you have her and didn’t have to waste your money on her like anyone who does want her will have to and ppl are gonna be mad cause In exchange Mattel expects you to review her which gets you guys hate when REALLY all the hate goes to Mattel cause this is BS they aren’t blind or stupid they know ppl are pissed AT LEAST when they tried charging a ridiculous amount for HC they lowered the price if ppl remember they were what $85 $90? Last February and there was an uproar and they lowered it to $75 still A LOT of money too! I mean yea HC is nice but it was never worth that price point either now they want that price point for far less.
FACTS like 75 is just such a hard price to justify… and compared to the last HC doll🙃 It’s just really upsetting and sad that they only care about money
The doll is cute but definitely not worth 75 dollars it's essentially a Monster high doll with Barbie extra quality at a MGA level price but at least with MGA you know you got your money's worth for the dolls because fabric shoes, layered clothing yes this vs a rainbow high doll sold for price Liliy Cheng can be a good comparison for this.
I think this Frankie has the best face of the recent limited edition Frankie’s and I also love the jacket. I do agree that more gowns/dresses would be nicer, though. My favorite from this line so far is Cleo and am hoping someone will show Cleo without the mask before she goes on sale (though I think her mask is the best of the three). I would like your opinion on the Cleo and Deuce two pack 😊
Seeing the screening in hand from your video is the only reason I changed my mind and bought her. I was so disappointed with the first haunt couture Frankie but this dolls face is so much better.
@@an4082 I wasn’t going to buy her and ended up doing it 30 minutes after the drop. I realized if I missed one and wanted the other two I’d have an incomplete set. I was able to get all the first haunt couture except Lagoona cause I slept in on the drop, really regret it.
First of all, congrats! This Frankie looks cool, but, to be honest, I think she is a bit of a downgrade compared to other HC dolls. And I just dislike her shoes, they look kinda lazy, like Howliday Draculaura’s. And I thought her leotard was a separate piece, too! Such a shame. :( Well, let’s see Spectra and Cleo. I'm gonna be very contradictory with this doll....is that yes she isn't worth that much judging by the two accessories that are missing but! I absolutely adore this new Frankie nevause she looks more exaggerated while the haunt couture one looks like a younger much more soft tone fo Frankie's theme than she usually is. But i managed to get her for £52 :) I'm happy.
hi can anyone help with my question? when i ordered cleo and deuce it kept saying “something wrong with payment” when using my card (even tried with someone else’s and it still did the same). wondering if anyone else has had this problem before. kinda worried it’ll do it again
Tbh i just want them to focus on g3 and let g1 rest, one because i feel like g1 ran it’s course, these current dolls don’t really live up to what the og dolls served, and also because these collector dolls are just tiring, always underwhelming, overpriced and frustrating to purchase. Why keep g1 alive if they’re cheaply made and unattainable? Ppl saying this doll is even remotely worth something close to a $75 price tag is insanity. There are $25 dolls that have more details and better outfits/accessories, its just so sad and disappointing to see a very wealthy company that can very well produce good things - settle for producing below-bar products because they know part of the fandom will accept virtually anything as long as it has the mh logo on the box.
