That's one of our favorite meals. We like slicing the peppers, italian style, as it finishes up I add one or two dallops of tomato paste. Then grill and serve on some ciabatta buns, it's a twist on a sandwich Dominoes used to sell.
Try making of buying a sun dried tomato paste instead of plain tomato paste. It really peps thinks up a notch. I always spike my marinara with I big spoonful as well. 🤘
@@volleytheory I make a lot of dehydrated tomato powder some smoked, some not. I also toss halved grape or cherry tomatoes in balsamic, fresh oregano, and a bit of salt. Let marinate 10 minutes, then drain. Dehydrate at about 130 for about 12 hrs or until dry. The kid loves them, the sugars concentrate down when dehydrated.
Hey Dean! You've got some pretty good knife skills. My wife really liked your technique with the peppers. Peppers and onions go so well with brauts. This looked absolutely delicious. We just picked up some green onion brauts from the meat locker and will be cooking this up in the near future. Thank you so much for putting this together and sharing!

@@TNBushcrafter sounds great. There is sweetness to sun dried tomatoes that is hard to replicate.
