On the real though, I like how much detail you went to why you played cards and why you chose them over other cards! I never played DM but I always saw Dragoon as the premiere Dark Magician staple and boss monster, but you talking about how it isn’t that great and its effect being a neg 1 essentially and that Dark Burning Magic has a much higher potential. It’s certainly very interesting, never thought of it that way! Also how about instead of skill drain Konami just gives Dark Magician an archetypal Skill Drain? 😂

I think Dragoon is still viable using Primite as you can use the dragon as fusion material.
