I'm enjoying all your tips. As another crochet business woman I have a tip for you. I don't know if it's something you have considered but... I buy polyfill in the 10 pound box from Walmart. I find it much cheaper and I don't run out! It does require a little extra room but I find it definitely worth it.
I just a great deal on polyfil a couple weeks ago and was trying to figure out how to store 20lb of it lol and remember that I had gotten poly fil from amazon that came vacuum sealed. So I just put it in some vacuum storage bags that I had and it takes up like a quarter of the space!
I'd love to see you talk more about caring for our hands and wrists. You alluded to taking breaks, but do you do any special stretches or anything to help your hands?

I used the chalk boards and used vinyl and my Cricut for the writing and I will use chalk for the price so I can change it I need too.

Creating a daily schedule is such a huge thing for me! Personally, I like being that planned out, but I totally understand how others are more free-flow, like my husband who makes LITERALLY ZERO PLANS 😂😂😂😂

Well my biggest tip is to find someone who can drive you everywhere😂😂😂 My husband prefers to drive, so I always get to ride passenger princess!! But in terms of the act of crocheting, I usually do simpler patterns that are easy to repeat and don't have long counts involved!

A different crocheter uses the yarn scraps as stuffing along with poly fill, just a suggestion.
I've thought about that! I might start stashing those scraps and give it a try!
