    The Marcus Aurelius quote that has always stuck with me since i read it over 10 years ago is, “When you’ve done well and another has benefited by it, why like a fool do you look for a third thing on top-credit for the good deed or a favor in return?”
    I interpreted this as, if you are a good person and you do good deeds and they are received, the ability to give and help others is reward itself. You don't need anything further like gratitude or a favor repaid. I thought it was such a noble way to conduct life that showed how a good man really should behave.

    'what is not good for the beehive cannot be good for the bees'
    I began facing old challenges that resurfaced as I was more intimate with a partner, and stoicism is becoming my way of regaining control over my emotions, to protect the hive.
    Thank you for your presentations, packaging and labels of your videos. This is my favorite channel on stoicism I have found. God bless.

      I thank you because this video has made me stop and think about the way i have interacted with others and with myself.
      Not being to reactive to outside events, specially people. For to long i have reacted without first thinking about my thoughts and actions.

      @@stoicbond I like to listen to meditations in car. It's like a reminder everytime I hear it, especially because it's read by actor with very soothting voice. I will try to translate cause I listen it in my native language polish.
      "What will come to you if you will be angry", it's just a part but it's connected to many examples. Angry at weather, people, gods etc. It's a good reminder. Anger should drive us to fight for justice or our life in extreme situations.
