Khana Khane Ki Dua - Urdu Tarjuma - کھانا کھانے کی دعا اردو ترجمہ

Khana Shuru Karne Ki Dua also known as "Dua before eating" is a prophetic supplication that is recited before eating a meal. It's a beautiful invocation mentioned in Mustadrak and Hisnul Haseen (Page 141). One must read it when eating a snack or drinking water. It is taught by our beloved Prophet Muhammad (SAW) to eat with the right hand and eat slowly to chew food properly. Also, they told us to remain half of the stomach empty to avoid health disorders.
It's a short but masnoon dua to start your meal. Teach this to your kids so they can remember it and make a habit to read this while eating food.

Arabic Text:
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَعَلَى بَرَكَةِ اللَّهِ
Urdu Translation / اردو ترجمہ:
میں نے ﷲ کے نام کے ساتھ اور ﷲ کی برکت پر (کھانا) شروع کیا۔
English Translation:
In the name of Allah and with the blessings of Allah I begin (eating, drinking)
