Serious crack addicts take a lot of forms. He doesn't have to look like he just ate a warhead or somebody sucked all the fat off his body. He even has some of the characteristics. He's obviosly not a ery logical person, has issues with anger, his face is always red. This stuff screams addiction.
You just have to see addicts and know the characteristics signs of the different drugs. Its not speculation. If you knew what it looked like, you would recognize it. Anyone who had any knowledge of this would know.
