The one I applied was McGill university but I had to discontinue because of their application fee.

1. Can I use the three referees' reports for all the universities that I am applying to or do they need to keep rewriting to suit other universities?
2. There is a university that I want to apply to but the application waiver bonus does not include Nigerian students. Please should I still go ahead and apply?
