After capturing the France , capture Denmark and start planning sea landing in north Britain threw the east North Sea , and North Sea regions. After your army has trained , put ships in those sea regions and call Italy into the war and wait. The AI will send most of the ships to fight Italy , and you will easily end up capturing UK. I also did it like this , you can also instead capture Norway , but you will waste more time and still will have to capture Denmark. So yeah , good luck.
Getting naval supremacy to invade Britain is a real pain in the @$$, what I did was merging almost my whole navy into one big taskforce and setting their location to the English Channel to patrol, when I got a naval supremacy of over 50% I set the taskforce to support naval invasions. When the invasion succeeds just send some reinforcements and conquer everything
