They are mostly crap, like this. I was big into UK82 bands in the 80s but it is fairly, low-brow, terrible music in retrospect, with little creativity or talent. But there are a few good albums that are good representations of the time.
The cool thing about narcists is that everything is just “commercialiced bullshit” except the music they love. It makes you wonder how much people like to fool themselves
@@oBabybbyuuuu Oh No. I`m neither a narcist nor a person who only accept the Music he loves. The taste in Music ist very different and every Genre has to be respected. Everyone can listen to the music he wan't and I hear many more than oldschool Punk Metal or whatever. Greez!
@@oBabybbyuuuu You can't even spell "narcissist" so I doubt you even know what that word means, and nothing OP said was "narcissistic" in the first place.
At the time around 1983 i quit buying uk punk hardcore and started only listening to Us hardcore, now i regret it and i guess i did a great mistake. Actually i can declare that british releases were a way lot better than the American hardcore, better recordings, more professional and for sure better punk outlook. American hardcore killed the real punk spirit and shocking classic outlook, Black Flag did not look punk at all, as well Circle Jerks or SSD...they looked like more the wannabies punks but I cannot make it, just with very few exceptions
I hate how a lot of punk and oi bands had the synthetic drums beats back then.. Destructors and The Oppressed were really bad with the fake drums.... i hate it edit: haha i forgot i commented on this video 6 months ago but i stand behind my convitions.. electro drums in the 80s were fucking rubbish
It's the name of an Anti-Nowhere League song. I saw another idiot on here making a similar comment. You people obviously aren't punks so why are you even here?
Destruktors had very distinctive drummer - the best in UK -
its the tone he has on his kit. its punk af.
@@FlowersByTheDoorthe subtle but consistent hi-hat technique as well!
Saw these twice with GBH back in 1982. Once at Brum on the City Baby tour, and once at the 100 Club.
Damn! Bet that was fun.
god i fucking love uk82 bands

I love the Destructors and Desecrators sooo much!!!!

Hell Yeah
Saw them play 4 times back in early 80s.
Awesome!!!!!!!
proper hi-hat technique
I fucking love the sound of the drums
Most definitely! The snare too! Sounds like that “rattle” is removed. This band and song is the Epitome of UK82
Good stuff and vocal !!! ☠️

M.D.C. and Black Flag t-shirts on a British band in 1983? I thought that the British punks looked down on American punk?
Not all British bands did. Broken Bones also sported American punk tshirts, as just one example.
@@SlicedPunksOnMeathooks I think Discharge and Broken Bones were especially close with the American punk scene.
@@piotrb8434 Yeah for sure, they both did US tours, prob half the reason 😉

I hate when the drummer forgets his snare drum 🤷
Electronic drums in the 80s punk was horrible. I hate it.. The oppressed used a lot of faux electro drum beats. Garbage

They could have gotten a similar sound if he just dropped the snare chains. As the song goes on, it sounds less electronic, and more like that

Ever hear of Sid Vicious or the Ramones those real punk bands back in the day just saying
Check out Chaos Z :)
Yes everyone and their mom has heard of the Ramones and Sid Vicious, just saying
what a bizarre question
I remember them having nothing to say lyric wise
Talk about remaining in your adolescence for life
I never cared for this band at all just my opinion the one band from the U.K. that was amazing was The Instigators the album phoenix
The U.K. had many more amazing bands than just them.
Worst drum recording history. Is he playing coffee cans?
