Really enjoyed this back body flow. It made me realize how tight my back was at the beginning trying to lower vertebra by vertebra. My lower back does not flow nicely from my mid back. Any suggestions for loosening that area up more???
Glad you enjoyed this practice! In regards to loosening up the lower back, I would recommend incorporating a big variety of spinal movements, flexion and extension, side bending, rotation. Also, focusing on hips might feel nice too. Both on stretching and building strength 🧡
Hey leva thank you for this activation routine. I have a request to ask for a strength and conditioning for posterior chain ( neck to calf's) in series of videos. Personally, I have observed most of the over use injuries in running and rock climbing can be tend to with strong posterior chain as a base. Pls reach out, I can pitch in my effort in any way if it helps you.
Thanks for your request! Tell me more about your idea please, would you like to see a series about the posterior chain strength/muscle activation? How many sessions do you imagine these series to have? 🙏🏽
Hey leva, Thanks for your positivity. To keep things simple to execute. I feel two sessions covering the following will be more effective for anyone to include in their plan. Activation ->strength and conditioning -> mobility Session 1. Upper Body from neck till lower back. Session 2. Lower Body from hip till calf's. These are my insights. I'm sure you have a good grasp on these to improvise.
Hope you enjoy this yoga flow that focuses on activating the back body aka posterior chain 🔥

Or anything like a Seven days series would justify the progress in a sustainable way.
