Hi Rajan, I have a been Jft member during 2020 I have this question for you pls answer I am sure this is a question of many as well. After entering the stock many times market turns bearish if that continues for 3 to 4 days the pattern we drew becomes mostly invalid during those days should we hold to that trade until stop loss thats set previously or should we wait for market correction and stock to raise or should we exit in minimal loss considering the pattern is now against our predictions, pls do reply

@@norvinmenezes1545 I put Stop loss. Mind is a monkey. I've already faced huge losses because of having stop loss in mind. I keep getting hopes that I'll sell even if slight favorable move comes. Also, I started following position sizing and risk management. So my stop losses now are 2% of my total capital per trade. So it's fine if It hits SL. I take another trade.
Automatic SL doesn't really work in delivery unless we have initiated the POA ! And i Don't recommend that!
What I would suggest is mark the SL in the chart! And once it hits, without thinking twice just sell it!

If nifty stay bearish or goes into correction for this whole month would you still trade this upside breakout?
One shouldnt trade against the trend. If you do two things can happen. One it'll hit stop loss. Or it'll consolidate for one or 2 months and then only start showing slow improvements according to market. However if Nifty doesn't show any drastic down moves, then you can trade this since the trend hasn't reversed clearly.
