Dear Terri, you inspire so many of us. Please, make a video of how you view building on good habits. What happens once we master drinking water and waking up early and putting aside the % of income. How do we grow Higher? How do we build goals that are not pulling us in opposite directions? How do we transition through thresholds (for example changing our friendship group from poor mentality group to highly aspiring one). Thank you. Here's to your success 🌲🌟

The reason people don't have savings, and can't scrounge up $1000 in an emergency, is because they often don't have enough money to cover their bills let alone pay themselves first. I love your videos, Terri, don't get me wrong but when I hear that two-thirds of the population does not have $1000, that is a majority of the population who perhaps can't save anything at all.

Hello Terri, thanks. However, this #1 Financial Habit is a little difficult for me to accomplish....
Because of the terrible things in America for the past 2 years: High Inflation in America; High Grocery Prices in America and even more hardship: expensive gasoline at the pump in expensive cost of living California combined with my two night time jobs as an Uber Eats Driver or Instacart Shopper and Driver, both not producing enough work = insufficient amount of income every night and week plus, my apartment rent has been increased another $100 each month.
I am in so much financial crisis and suffering in this awful, overtaxed State of California. I have been looking for a higher paying remote job but haven't found a good fit yet. 😥🙏
If you listen to Dave Ramsey UA-cam he can help you even get past all of that. He is a great reat help!
Trust God to bring you out. Don't focus on the world. If you are a believer, God knows how to take care of your needs and give you wants. Matthew 6:34 will bless you. Be encouraged.

Getting the wake up call and making the changes we know we need to make are 2 different things sometimes.
I’ve been a lifelong saver… and now that I have kids - Thank God my parents and grands drilled that sense into me. We wouldn’t make it without savings with 4 children. Would. Not. Make. It. Even with 2 incomes.
Still, even as a saver… and a scrimper… one emergency or stretch too many at the wrong time (and don’t they line up like dominoes these days to fall together?) and we could be homeless soon enough.
The margins are that tight and we’re not poor.
Every little bit helps. Needs not wants. Don’t buy it if you can’t make at least 3x what you spent on it. Or unless it can help you upgrade your sales goals or savings goals by 3x. That’s a general rule of retail anyway.

Hi, does anyone know how long the course last?
The course is set up to take 6 weeks to complete. However, you can take it at your own pace and have access for life.
I thought that we were supposed to give God our first 10%? "Tithing" is confusing. This is an area I mentally struggle with.
I thought we should pay God first, through the tithe , which is 10%.
Well, yes, but you're first after that.

Increase your income and save / invest 15 - 25% of every paycheck.

I need every red cent that my husband allots to my $25 all in one business and various health expenses. I suppose we could give up the couple of streaming services (the only luxury we regularly have), but that would take some serious sacrifice on EVERYONE'S behalf (i.e. 6 kids). Not sure if it would be worth it, honestly. 😅 I need to start making some sales with my business (going up on my vision board of course) in order to have ANY possibility of "paying myself first". 😘
