I had a very handy adaptor which had caliper screw fitting on one side and tire Schrader valve on the other. Just hook the tire pump up. Man they made a big bang when they let go! Not sure you are supposed to sand brake pistons and caliper bores? I was always told that risked changing the diameter or the round of them, I only used Scotch Brite if anything. Maybe I have been told rubbish, I don't know :)
Naa nothing changes with sandpaper. It would take alot of sanding to change shapes Jamie. Of course you must not be silly and use common sense. I was merely removing rusty build up until I saw or had the bore etc exposed again.
