I don't know if this is a known fact among my sister isles but, whenever you hand peeling the greenfig u pour a likkle bit of vegetable oil or baby oil in your hand and u rub out di sticky sap from your hand, it only takes about 2 minutes and you wash wif soap.
Green Fig Power Porridge, you add some flaaxseed,, seamoss gel, vanilla complan spices,milk and sweeten with honey..Very tasty,ideal for heavy construction workers.

Green fig is fruit. Fruit do not contain iron.
