Id imagin theyre def top 10
red is in kinda a odd place in commander since goblins can burn out folks but its based around 20 life not 80 to 120 life. You dont get the reach as far as you want without going infinite combo, which gets old.
My only deck currently is a Kiki jiki goblins but I am half tribal half combo and I feel like I’m just gonna keep it casual and have it be half and half than to go full combo since I’m teaching my friend and it’s not competitive really
And we all know who the best goblin commander is because krenko goes brrrrr

I love all three of my Ur-Dragon decks. All of them play differently, but they all just do crazy fire breathing punchy stuff.

Surprised zombies beat goblins
Honorable mention to dinosaurs, with only 2 commanders (gisath (my boy) and pantlaza, the only ones that care about the tribal theme. I'm not counting blue and owen from jurassic Park)

I have two out on the three. Wilhelt and Lathril are both solid commanders.
I love building historic (non commander) red white human tribal, some of the cards you have access to are just crazy

@@awesomechaos4034 If you want to throw some Aristocrat shenanigans in, I always liked my Silvar and Trynn Deck. They come from a Precon, so you can already have a good jumpstart for the Deck, though I'd advise to replace some cards. You can always check EDHRec for card recommendations for specific commanders

@@awesomechaos4034 so, rally at the hornburg (it creates 2 etb triggers for other cards and gives haste to everything), copper coat vanguard (protection + atk boost), throne of the god pharaoh for extra dmg, Adeline resplendent, captain lannery storm for ramp, combat celebrant for extra combats, day break combatants for really good finisher buffs, professional face breaker for ramp, and then the best etb combo in my deck that the entire thing is built around, theoden king of Rohan and erkan brand lord of westfold

Surprised Goblins aren't up there, but they must be number 4 or 5 then, with... Probably Vampires in the other spot for top 5.
Honestly, Dragons is the most surprising for me. Top 10, sure, but number 1?
One of my favorite deck is Soldiers. Love the red-white team! They have made some good soldiers in Red White Green lately, but simple is good.
My first deck has Lathril as a commander and it's so much fun to play with!
I built an ooze deck. For me this is an underrated creature type😂 with "The Mimeoplasm" as my Commander

I was wrong. I thought Human would be the last one.
Also, Lathril's ability doesn't deal damage. It causes loss of life.
Me with an Ur-Dragon deck and a zombie deck, though my zombie deck is Esper with Varina at the helm.

I think a factor in this is how many options for commanders each of these tribes have. They need to print a goblin tribal pre-con.
Slivers, angels, and zombies.
I guessed merfolk, elves, and dragons.
My brothers merfolk deck is awesome, i see elves a lot at fnm, and i love my dragon deck.
Others i thought of afterwards was zombies and vampires. I have seen a few slivers though...

Marwyn is my favorite elf commander. Pump spells are rituals/protection, and I love it
I LOVE WILHELT THE ROTCLEAVER it was my first ever magic, the gathering commander deck, and I’ve got it to where it’s pretty nasty now
I guessed elves merfolk and vampires and the wife guessed demons dragons and dinosaurs.
I just made a wurms deck and I love it, it’s hard to work around the mana curve tho

Just built a Scion of the Ur Dragon deck and I having a ton of fun with it. My only other commander deck is Voja, who is technically a wolf, however almost every other creature is a elf. Maybe my third deck will be zombies, tho I'm thinking it'll be easier for me to put together a decent sliver deck with the cards I already own.
New most popular elf deck is Voja, Jaws of the Conclave.

I'll have my very niche Reaper King Scarecrow deck slept on forever. It makes winning so much more satisfying.
I think that is zombies, dragons and elves
I run a Tiamat dragon deck and find that she gets me way more consistent value then Ur-Dragon. Like yes his eminence ability is nice, and he lets you cheat out permanents, no disagreeing that is good.
But Tiamat is consistency and adaptability, being able to tutor for exactly the dragons I need to fit any situation. I rarely pick the same 5 dragons each game, because I'm tailoring a response to my opponents strategy or boardstate. Dragons are vesatile, and Tiamat is that versatility honed to an edge. That's not to say that Atarka, World Render isn't usually the first one I grab 9 times out of 10, but giving my dragons doublestrike is just too valuable to pass up.
The only creature decks I've built are snakes and dinos
Zombies, Dragons, Vampires. Elves, Goblins, Merfolk, Slivers all get Honorable mentions. Dinos and Outlaws are on the rise, but Outlaws is a type grouping so that kinda cheats. I suppose Rogues could get Honorable mention if you include any deck built solely around Rogues, for Outlaws and for Party decks.
I have 2 Faerie decks and I’m thinking of building a third 😅

I play Sarkhan, Soul Aflame as my dragon commander. Similar to the ur dragon, but being constrained to izzet makes building more interesting and he’s a lot cheaper to cast. Is it even commander if you never cast your commander?
I don't see why not. I play 5c storm with Jodah Archmage Eternal as the commander. While it's available as a cast option I'm not looking for him to land to finish off a game.
Love slivers, but don't think they will be there, so I'd say elves, goblins and zombies.
