IGN I don't find blaming OR/AS for it's water fair at all. Yes, water was a main part of Hoenn as it was designed on a tropic island for both the originals and the remakes. And the pathways on the water was few so you couldn't get lost and you could also use Fly/Soar if you did somehow got lost. IGN was just trying too hard to find a negative.
