Thankyou all so much. To reveal the inner control that I have has developed within me over many years. Losing all my first family member's during the government isolation and restriction year's, aswell with unknown where my family member's are laid to rest, I had to learn how to strengthen my self in mind body and spirit. It was asthough I had to change me and my life. I am so so grateful that I found Shi Heng Yi Teachings. ✨️✨️ Self discipline has a huge amount of balance, self control, and teaching myself self respect in mind body and physically. I do not drink alcohol. I've kept myself single with no sex for many year's. I never wear makeup , and I have not and do not involve myself in party's or nightlife entertainment. My choice of a self discipline lifestyle has developed myself and my personal life enormously. To me ; I am my own destiny. I am a more happier, more content person in this life. ThankYou for your teachings. !
This guy is amazing, but he is exactly describing what it is like to be a parent. You learn to accept and adjust. You do not need to be in a monastery to learn these things.
Yes like being a grandmother to...because there are other litle beings dependent on you.its like being a dogther of a helder mother...at the same time...sometimes a prison.but when you do the right thing you feel a kind of freedom after.❤❤❤
