- starting a pointless trade war with China that was disastrous for US industry?
- in the height of the pandemic, purposefully hampering the delivery and distribution of PPE to states that didn't vote for him?
- granting massive tax breaks to key supporters, which not only swelled the federal government deficit, but also contributed to inflation?
- weakening NATO, and telling Russia that they can "do what they want", effectively greenlighting Russia's invasion of Ukraine?
- instituting a travel ban on Muslims?
- changing the metrics being used by US border patrol in order to inflate the number of reported crossings?
- undoing online privacy protections?
- trying (and failing) to build an utterly useless border wall, purposefully kicking off a protracted government shutdown in the process?
- ordering the assasination of an Iranian general, very nearly kicking off World War 3?
Policies like those?

No she didn’t. She looked like a deer in the headlights with that panicked expression the entire debate. She kept hard swallowing and rushing her words throughout the debate. Her gestures were over exaggerated, and she could not talk about a single policy at length. She acted as if she were the great negotiator with conflicts, when a war started two or three days after she left that country.
She wasn't panicked at all. She was cracking up over the Liar in Chief spewing his constant stream of consciousness fallacies. It's like he was going for the Guinness world record.

My favourites from him were:
"I have concepts of a plan."
"I fired most of those people. Not so graciously. They did bad things or a bad job."
"Transgender operations on illegal aliens that are in prison."
Overall, every segment and answer Trump had was simultaneously entertaining and horrible to watch.
I have no political affilation, but it is genuinely appalling how people can take this man seriously when all he does is:
- Avoid the question and redirect it to border/immigration control.
- Spout negative and distasteful claims regarding Harris _constantly._
- Claims that "everyone" or "all the people [from a certain vague profession or organization]" thinks this is the best/the greatest. Generally, claiming how Trump knows what's best and that people back up his claims-but provides little-to-no evidence or support to back his claim.
- "Like what she said"; does not elaborate on what Harris says sometimes and goes on to provide his own claims without support or further elaboration.
- Goes on rambles of how he is the victim, how he can make America great, how he will fix the problems. Tries to divide and incite aggression.
- Does not provide clear standings on whether he would want Ukraine to win the war, keeps on insisting that he'll bring the two together to come to a resolution.
- Does not provide a clear standing/plan on how to navigate the Israel/Hamas conflict, redirecting the question by saying how "this war wouldn't have happened" if he was in charge, how Ukraine vs. Russia would not have happened if he was in charge.
- Claiming that WW3 will happen if he is not in position. This came off as a way cheap attempt to cause fear rather than a firm statement as means to rally/bring together.
Generally, lots of finger-pointing without substantial evidence to back his claims. Lots of complaining/victimizing/blaming. Rarely does he advocate for the _people_ to come together, to ask the American people to make their choice. All he talks about is himself really.
If Trump _actually_ provided evidence, elaborated on his claims instead of saying "it's the best", talked in a manner that did not resemble a child's angry rambling, answered questions directly (or at least partially), and _actually_ elaborated on his policies, then he would not have come off as... whatever ignoring and responding with even more finger-pointing and blaming is. Child-like I think is the word.
But Harris was the only one who had some semblance of a proper approach to the debate, where she provided some evidence/support to her claims, provided a tangible plan/course of action (mostly) to what she will do for a policy/subject, and spoke concisely and properly.
Out of the two, I don't want a man-child who barely touches on the logistics of his plans to improve the country to rule.
If Kamel hadn't spent the entire evening assaulting him he wouldn't have had to defend himself. Grow up!

Look, Donald Trump could bounce on a po-go stick while buzzing Yankee Doodle Dandy on a Kazoo for 90 minutes straight and every MAGA would say that that he was great in the debate (and won). In truth, he won the first 15 minutes, then lost it when she needled him on crowd size. After that, he never recovered. Oh- and we were laughed at BECAUSE OF HIM, and have gained respect since. DT needs to learn the simple math that says 81M votes are more than 75M votes. By his reasoning, if he's the head coach of an NFL team and is told he will win with 30 points, but the opponent scores 38 and wins, he would sue the NFL and say it was rigged because he was told he was supposed to win with 30 points.
If Trump is a coach in the NFL and the other team flies in 44 random new players from Mexico, and escorts them directly into the end zone, and says they scored 31 points instantly. Then Trump would probably have a question or two about the legitimacy of the outcome.

As a democrat, I was so much disappointed with Kamala Harris. Being as an active high roll in govt for the last three and half years, she was not able to answer the situation of the USA today. There are a lot of other alarming situations the Americans are facing these days besides abortion. Even though Trump has been through an unbelievable killing attempt on him, he was giving the right solution to every problems in a very positive and peacefully way with a full detail enough for satisfying the disturbed minds of public in this depression time.
Have you not seen or heard or watched how she and her party only mock danger? They mock Trump for his strength and wanting to protect us all, and danger they don't take seriously what they should.
