RamaKrishna was a unique spiritual being. He already had a certain god realization, that is why he found god in all religions. God-realization is the goal, so if he was already a god realized man, then he will naturally find god everywhere. If a non realized person tried to follow those different religions will they have the same experience as Ramakrishna? I don't think so.
Yes of course you can, that's the whole point of Sri Ramkrishnas teachings. He achieved Godrealization in the abrahamic religions faster because he was already enlightened, that is to say he already knew god. The abrahamic traditions are just different paths to the same destination, the same God he already reached, which is why he was able to achieve Godrealization through them effortlessly. That was the reason why he tried other religions, he wanted to "taste" God in all flavours. He wantes to experience God in all ways to experience him/her. And when he would practise other religions he would forget hinduism completly, removing all images and not even entering a temple. He would practise only what is prescribed by the religion and his teacher and through these practises, he achieved enlightenment and got the highest spiritual experiences of that religion, like getting a vision of Christ for example. It is a different path, which will give you a different experience of god, nevertheless the destination is the same. After persuing all of them, sri ramakrishna declared all of them true.

The god of israel also said that according to the christian canonical scriptures. If you ask a jew, a jew will say that god of israel said in their scriptires that their abrahamic god is the only true god, all else are false gods. Same with muslims, it is not them who says that allah is the only true god, muhammad said it and their qur'an. Now if you say that all religions speak of the same god, you are invalidating the sayings of each of these gods in their own scriptures. The reason why there has been wars between these 3 major religions is not due to their followers' understanding of their own scriptures. It is because their own god clashes against each other according to what is written in their own scriptures which their own god claims as the voice of their own god. Remember, when Yahweh, Jesus, and Allah proclaimed exclusivity, it is them who said it, not their followers.
